I really enjoy this reward program & so do my customers! I had some questions, and I got a response quickly from the customer service team. Lynn in particular was very helpful and accommodating!

We had a specific scenario where we wanted to offer rewards only on our POS and not on our website, and the customer service team was very responsive in helping us implement this, and it has been working super smoothy ever sine!

It’s hard to get support. I had an extended conversation with support asking unnecessary questions only for them to turn and say it has to be escalated. When it was escalated I still have yet to hear from anyone. This app is giving customers free products and up to 40% off and I did not authorize this. Please I need help or I will have to uninstall this app.
