He was incredibly helpful in solving the issue I was facing and took the time to ensure everything was working perfectly. Ezra even followed up every day to keep me updated on the progress, let me know the problem was fixed, make sure it didn’t resurface, and check if I had any other questions or concerns—truly going above and beyond.
