Had a minor issue, Support replied within *minutes* and addressed my issue perfectly (I wasn't waiting long enough to see changes on the live site). Aside from that, the app has worked flawlessly since I installed it about 8 months ago.

We are yet to go live with this on our website, but we are so excited to push go soon! The SMILE team have been the most wonderful crew of people to work with! They have been SO helpful and literally walked us through step by step with our initial set up! We couldn't have done it without their guidance. We are going live soon but the program itself is so user friendly, and looks amazing for customers and building our community. We are so excited to have smile and we could not recommend them any more.

Had the best customer support experience with Matt and Lisa. Matt helped me analyze what the problem was and walk me through everything step by step. Even after they followed up the next day to give me an update that everything looked good on their end.

Lynn and the Smile.io technical team provided excellent service! We had a tricky JavaScript TypeError conflict preventing the points balance from displaying on our legacy Shopify customer account page. The team was professional, efficiently debugged the underlying issue, and verified the custom code solution. Our points are now displaying in real-time.
