I REALLY wanted to like this app, because the features like segmentation and Klaviyo integration look awesome. However - I am very tech-savvy and after installing it properly, I realized that for weeks the app had not been collecting subscribers from checkout or sending abandoned cart reminders! This has lost me a lot of potential revenue =( I have contacted support twice, with no resolution as to why it's not working for me. I've just switched back to Postscript.io and without any tinkering at all, it is successfully collecting subscribers for me and sending abandoned cart text reminders for my store.
We REALLY wanted to help this client. We tried to get in touch about 12 times on multiple channels. Email, FB and no response. We had our team check and unfortunately all issues were due to the fact that he had a modified checkout. Something he did and it seems the app recommended did custom for them. Unfortunately after telling our findings and being promised a staff account the customer never responded. Its been 2 weeks now and it seems the customer just does not want to respond back. Also the bad part about all that is that the customer's checkout is not TCPA compliant. Not sure who set it and how and why messages are sent at all when there is no explicit consent. For anyone reading this be very careful as this is how you may get in trouble!

There is a real issue with the app SMS delivery confirmation!! I created an automation for the canceled orders to be sent to the admin phone ! Nothing has been received until today and I’m being charged on every message ! I contacted their support they will simply say (just as always) “ we have a proof all of these messages have been delivered by your ISP!! “ and that is it !! No further follow up or even trying to solve the issue !! *** UPDATE July 9th, 2019: I have been contacted by the customer service and they tried their best to sort out the problem with my ISP and the delivery of the SMS messages to the admin phone number. After so many trials they could sort out the problem. I had hoped to use this app for long time as it has great potential. The first and only marketing text i sent almost 2 weeks ago was sent for some reason double(2 separate texts, one in the format we created, the 2nd was not in the format we created but same wording just not same lines etc) . so that is not good, since all the customers (2300 of them) got first text from us twice( doesnt look good)... Also they charged me double because their system sent it twice. 1. that is absolutely not my fault. I sent only one text (I clicked send one time for one marketing text campaign) 2. they should have credit my account immediately as this 3. They should correct this.is obviously their app mistake or glich. 4. they received all screen shots as they requested from me 5. I contacted them in the last 10days atleast 6 times about this issue that needs correction 6. They promised to give me an answer by the past Monday(today is Wed) I am very disappointed. I have deposited $500 with intention to use their services for the long run. Now I have to fight with them to get my money back for the second text their system sent and the credit in my sms account, back to my bank account. Update: The owner Mike contacted me and corrected the double charge and claimed that usually it doesn't take 2 weeks to fix a problem. I will continue working with them as it is a good decent app as long as it does not have more double charge on our account. And I appreciate that Mike contacted me and fixed right away as it should... I will raise the star from one to 4.

App is amazing, however, there seem to be issues with app and network confirming that messages have been sent during testing and the owners of the actual handsets have not received anything. CS opened a support case/issue straight away, unfortunately, the matter is still unresolved (but hope are it will be).

This app looks promising. Hopefully the free version can send messages to more customers. Will keep using it and see how it works for my abandoned check out.

It helped me a lot with sending out abandoned cart very quickly and would recommend to people interested in sending out SMS automations it would help quickly x

I used the app to help me increase my reach with my customers and save me time. So far so good! Thanks fro this awesome tool. It is easy to use, has helpful videos, and allows you to test what you create before sending it to customers!

Had really high hopes for this app. The interface is the best out there, as well as the integrations and capabilities. It's super impressive. Sadly, they score a zero for execution. The text messages take anywhere from 10-30 minutes to reach the recipient, and the customer support is not great. If they can fix these major issues, they'll have a customer for life and a 6 star review. ***UPDATE***: Founder reached out and tried his best to make things right. It was much appreciated. I tried the software again and there were still a couple bugs that I didn't have the patience to deal with, so I passed on it. Still think it's a powerful and impressive piece of software, just too many minor issues for me to deal with.

Spent $2 for sms made $159.95 in sales through abandoned carts. sms is more effective than emails nowadays. Thanks SMSBump.

I love the app! It's great and my friend introduced me to the app. What i like about it is that it's very easy to use and not complex whatsoever. Setting up automations is easy and you can even send gif's :D. Though i downside is that you can't manually send sms's.

Trying out this app, will see how it goes. Hopefully will get good results, been hearing good things so far. Can't wait! I enjoyed that it has good instructions. I did not enjoy nothing yet.
