I would have given more stars but it seems that customer service doesn’t reply back. I surly understand the epidemic that’s going on but it wasn’t a problem with communication until after I was told about me receiving my refund from a miscalculated charge. I’ll say it’s been more than a week since our last communication where I was told about a refund only to not hear from them again. With the attempt to email them twice since then. I would have love to just kept this situation through email but this seems the only way to actually get someone to respond.

Hello and thank you for reaching out. It seems that you had a bad experience with our app, for which we apologize. It seems that there was an issue with the payments. From what we understood, there was a delay on Shopify's side in regards to your case. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do about this, because all payment requests are managed by Shopify - we can send payments to you, but it is up to Shopify and their payment schedules on when those payments will be received by you. Don't expect the automation to work properly. Once you run into the malfunctions don't expect customer support to be helpful. They hardly know how their own app functions and never actually fix the glitches in the software.

Edit: I messaged them on Wednesday, not the weekend and it said 10 minute response. Then I left a message through email. Can't believe you are trying to say I contacted you on Friday or the weekend. I couldn't even use the App because it would not let me past the account creation screen. It's been 5 days and I have not received a response from online chat assistants nor from email. I am in the USA, so country is not the problem.

Very rude staff. I created an affiliated account and transferred funds from my current to the new one and they refused to activate my campaigns quoting i'm not verifed. Also whenever I switch my campaigns to active, I come back a few minutes after to find them inactive potential losing me money Update: This was fixed later but it did take a while. I most certainly lost out on some potential conversion so 4 stars.

Hi ! I used sms bump a lot on my last shop and it's in theory very powerful. But right now SMSBump's doing shit. It allows itself to deactivate my SMS campaigns at any time without warning, causing me to lose hundreds of euros of abandoned checkouts. Really disappointed.

It seems the tool had some bugs. - Case 1: I configured successfully to send SMS after 1 hour for abandoned cart. Then I tested my website with abandoned cart, but the SMSBump system didn't send text message to my phone number (real phone number, not fake). - Case 2: I tested another case for abandoned cart, message in Pending list. I tried to send manually by hand, it shown sending successful, but I also didn't receive message. I also checked on the system at Latest Messages, I didn't see the result. I tried to contact with their supporter, but no response (maybe different timezone). I spent more times for this tool, but didn't get good results as my expectation. I feel disappointed with the tool. I hope that their supporter will help us soon to resolve the issue. Updated: SMSBump's supporter carefully took care, support us, then the issues have been resolved successfully. The root cause is related to quiet hours (DND), I didn't read before that. Thank Chris from Bump so much for your help. We've rated 4 star because we expect an improvement to help Users check message's status easier. I will update to 5 star when they complete it.

The app is ok. It's is kind of user friendly but the videos go way to fast. You can't really add any of the products that will really help until you pay a monthly fee. I don't want to pay until I know they will work. Every page I open a pop up is there which is nice but it is also is trying to sell the monthly plan.

My Partner originally had a bad experience with a customer service rep but the owner like Superman jumps in immediately and corrects the situation living up to the high standard of customer satisfaction they are known for. Updating rating and will update review more after spending some time with this app.

For SMSBump.... We are not all techy people like this app assumes. The app set up is hard for beginners. Otherwise its seems ok

There was a technical glitch in which our charged amount was not reflected. The founder reached out to us to apologise but has since stopped replying (4 days ago) after we asked for a refund. Updated: Founder has refunded the amount.

Pretty good app. Could use a bit more functionality in the automation department. Really outstanding customer service. I think they work 24 hours / day. They're very responsive to feature requests.
