The customer service is unsatisfactory. Several suppliers fail to respond to inquiries or address issues adequately. Obtaining a direct response seems impossible, as interactions with the company often feel like an endless loop. Considering the amount I paid for the service, the experience has been very disappointing. It took more than 20 days for a supplier to dispatch an item to my customer, and even then, the wrong size was sent. Now, over 10 days have passed, and I am still awaiting a reply regarding the return of the item.

Unfair Billing and Poor Customer Service – Avoid! I signed up for Spocket's free trial and thought I had canceled before the trial ended. To my surprise, I was charged $299 USD without any clear notification. Their confusing cancellation process and lack of proper communication led to an unwanted renewal. When I reached out for a refund, Spocket refused, even though I had not used the service. They offered a free month, which was pointless since I had no intention of continuing. After researching, I found many others facing similar issues—unauthorized charges, deceptive practices, and poor customer support.You can check out the thread here: https://www.reddit.com/r/dropship/comments/ob83it/should_you_use_spocket/ Spocket's service feels like a trap. Be cautious if you’re considering using this platform. There are better and more transparent alternatives out there. I have been using Spocket for a few months now and I do love it. I had an issue with my account and I thought it was going to be a headache to fix. I went to the in-app chat and spoke with Eleanor who was amazing and ended up fixing my issue in about 5 minutes. A+ experience so far.
