Make sure you are aware of this app. Customer service and cancellation systems are broken. I don't understand how they got over four-star reviews. In February, I joined the annual plan as they advertised EU or US products. But they have cheap products that are mostly made in China. So I want to cancel the membership and refund my money. In the beginning, they said they would email me back with the resolution. However, there was no response for more than 10 days even though I emailed several times after that. So I filed a claim with Paypal through their website but was disappointed the case was resolved in the seller's favor. As a result, they canceled my annual membership and kept the money. So I emailed Spocket that since they didn't refund the money my account should be active until the annual membership period. My request was rejected. Despite paying a full year's membership fee, my account was closed. There must be something wrong with their policy. I feel that this is an unfair and unjust decision. I was expecting a refund but instead my account was closed. I hope that Spocket will reconsider their policy and treat all customers fairly.

I'm not sure why there are soo many good reviews. Half of them seem bought and paid for. This app is one of the worst apps on Shopify by far. The sellers you "get to" dropship from are constantly taking vacations or not updating their products. This results in orders needing to be cancelled and makes for ALOT of angry customers to your store. This has happened on an outrageous scale. You'll constantly be having to message your customers telling them that there were issues with fulfillment. As for quality of shipment or fast shipping. No.. Most aliexpress especially are packaged horribly. Damaged. Or they claim will ship in one time and will take 4x's what it says. The non aliexpress items are just as bad. Fulfilment after payment can take over a week irregardless of the quoted times that are told to you. The plans they have on here are outrageously expensive. Especially for how overpriced this service is. You can get far better fulfillment providers to integrate with your store for a fraction of the price and far less issues. Some of them are even free and offer seemless integration. This app is just god awful. I can't even recommend it for beginners and I can tell you advanced stores will most certainly be hard pressed too frequent by all the issues to really make use of this app. The suppliers are a joke. The app no better. The customer service warning there's even a problem at all can take over 3-4 days in itself. It's sooo bad.

DO NOT TRUST THIS APP - I downgraded and paused the plan permanently. However, this App recovered the subscription under the table without my permission and charged me for two more months until I found the problem from my statement, they did not confess and said they don't have a Refund-Policy. I wrote an email to argue but they directly ignored my message until now. I am so disappointed with this APP, NEVER EVER USE IT AGAIN!

This is in response to your reply below. We have been working with your support staff for now 14 days every day chatting for hours at end to resolve this one issue. I am not sure of the intentions but I have paid for a full year and seems you cannot fix the issue, then refund our money... Simple. Have already lost 1 month for which I have paid. Take responsibility. I would give ZERO stars if one could... They take money upfront and then when their platform does not work or even push products to our shopify store, they do not fix issues. We have spent over 100 hours and still no resolution. The management does not even bother. Sad. I hope we will get our money back. As I think its a scam. And for products they are pushing Aliexpress / china shipper for most ???

Be careful if using trying this app, I used the trial in Shopify and didn't like the app, however 3 month later I found out they were charging me 49.99 / month even though my account was showing not subscribed. I called them but they didn't want to assist and rejected the refund. The customer service said it was probably a glitch. Luckily I managed to charge back the transactions. BE AWARE and check your bills.

A GIANT SCAM. STAY AWAY!!!!!!! My previous review was based on being new and never having any orders from this platform plus they said I would get a discount if I left a 5 star review (never got any discounts). I have to say this has been the WORST experience with SUPPOSEDLY "verified" suppliers. I am careful to select items for my stores which are advertised as shipping from the USA. So far only ONE of my orders has shipped and ALL the rest sat for weeks and then were eventually cancelled, different suppliers. If you want your new business to tank quickly, they are great. They have fake 5 star ratings on all their suppliers with no way to actually rate them, no data on actual performance, just some fake stars under a fake name. Automated customer service which will continually apologize with no actual help. Most suppliers can't be contacted as advertised either. A GIANT SCAM. STAY AWAY

You need to be careful with this company guys just a heads up. I ordered a sample that I was billed for and it never arrived. They don't have a way for you to contact the vendor to get shipping updates. Their customer service is also not aware of where the sample is. So it is lost in the ether with no explanation. I tried to get a refund but until they know where the sample is, that won't happen. So they don't know where or when it will arrive, and no refund can process until that happens. So basically, I may or may not receive anything. If you are counting on them to fulfill orders at volume, this is what you can expect. There are many other drop shippers who will handle support better. I also tried to cancel the free trial literally minutes after I got a notification that my card was billed $49.99. They told me per their terms there is no way they can refund me. If you've worked with other companies before, you know free trial refunds aren't that difficult to get refunded. So just beware if you plan to work with them.

I gave this app a chance. I wanted to believe it could do what I needed to make my dropshipping business easier to source and fulfill orders. It did the opposite. The customer support is very accessible but they are not effective or truly helpful. They are very polite but you end up engaging several different reps over time about the same issue as if they never communicate or read what you've sent them even updates. They never seem to know how to get you connected to technical support or the supplier directly. Even THEY aren't able to communicate with any of them. They essentially apologize profusely and continuously and that is the extend of their customer support regarding real issues that can impact your business. I have doubts about positive reviews because I gave them so many opportunities and consistently, they failed. Even when I told them I would discontinue using them, all they did was apologize profusely and hope I stick with them. Not good for any business and I don't see who they will remain in business with this approach. They have a great looking product/platform but the functionality of it and their business model is subpar. It is UNTRUE that they fully automate anything. You can get customer service relatively quickly most of the time but they never help. The claims they make are untrue. I even changed plans a few times over the course of months to experiment. It doesn't matter how much you pay, it is all the same.

Used the app for about a week trying to get it to sync while working with their customer service daily to trouble shoot. They couldn't get it to work. It was suggested that I sign up for an annual plan and still no luck. After 4 days of wasted time, I asked for a refund and part ways. They fought it and only issued a partial refund due to "policy." That policy should only be in force when their product would actually work. It should be criminal what they did. DO NOT RECOMMEND

VERY UNRELIABLE! I have had to cancel several of my orders due to no inventory to Fullfill the orders, yet the inventory shows there is product. All they can say is: we will investigate but keeps happening!! How are you supposed to put your name on their products If they can't Fullfill? Save yourself money and find a more reliable drop shipper. I should of cancel the first time it happened but gave them the chance and never delivered as drop shipper.

this app is a scammer they collect the money for orders and they mark it as shipped and when I talk about customers not receiving anything they said we can't do anything because the supplier said it's shipped already. and I will make a big complaint for your company because you steel my customer and not send the product so this is the saddest dealer in Shopify

I have used Spocket for the last 2 years, and at first their team was great at finding solutions. Very helpful, as well as respectful, and understanding. However, this last annual membership has not even come close to the rating I first submitted thus, the update. These past several months have just been horrible. Not any real resolutions, and the search product is showing a rather limited supply of anything although "Adult" Content is Everywhere! No matter what the search term is (it is just disgusting, sorry but be for real- have an ex-rated area for those who are into that!). Many of the supplier's do not uphold their responsibilities, to which they cancel orders more often than is beneficial to anyone. You can expect to pay Spockets annual membership, plus their fee on every order, the suppliers cost, and required shipping fee (plus, the cost of products make it nearly impossible to add any profit margin - no joke!). Shopify has fee's, and PayPal as well. Every one seems to have a Win but the Merchant! THE MOST ALARMING FIND (that I surely hope you never come across) is with the Pro, and Empire Membership FOR YOUR BRAND - WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE TRANSACTIONS SENT TO YOUR OWN CUSTOMERS! THAT IS RIGHT! I placed several orders from my own store, and sure enough the supplier sends their name, and address on the box as well as the slip inside the order. (NOT that they fulfilled the order, No where could a slip with my STORE LOGO be found! Just this unethical business (standard) practice within Spocket points to the very first deceptive measure they claim is included in the membership! I have discovered that all of my customer's experienced this same identical thing! I paid for the Empire Membership annually, October 2022 upon discovering this I felt these unethical business practices were cause enough to cancell my membership. Months, and months later this is what the correspondence looks like: Hi Nia, Michael here, senior customer success manager stepping in for my colleague Earl as he escalated this to me. I checked your account (heavenah-organics.myshopify.com), and it was subscribed under an Empire Annual subscription last October 12, 2022. You have also successfully scheduled the cancelation of your account by the end of the paid period (October 12, 2023) last June 9, 2023. Unfortunately, it is already passed our 180 refund processing period, and we are unable to process the refund. I can extend your subscription for 3-4 months if you still want to continue the service as a courtesy for the experience caused by these. Again we're truly sorry for the experience caused by these but let me know if you wish to grab the 3-4 months extension. For more information on Spocket’s Fees & Payment Terms. Regards, Michael from Spocket (My response): Greetings Michael, Thank you for responding to give me an update. I understand your examination of this issue extends from the date of purchase unto the timeframe that I cancelled my membership however, this inquiry started way before I cancelled. The reason I cancelled is due to these extenuating circumstances. I had gotten Andi (from Shopify) involved because the Spocket team was handing me off to eachother, and not escalating this further back in March 2023. Let's just look at this from a different perspective: What would you say if you decided to put in an order from your own store to receive the items from the supplier without finding your Logo included in this transaction? I paid for the best membership Spocket offer's in "advance" to which this was not suppose to happen. Sure it would be fine for the supplier to put in a "fulfilled by" receipt but this was not the case. Take a look at all of my order's, you will find that None of the suppliers sent my customer's my logo within their order or on the box for that matter. How would you feel say, you ordered from Amazon, and this box arrives from some "other" supplier? You have no idea what this package is, or who sent it, that is what happened to me with order's from my own store (more importantly~ my customers)... This is unethical business practice. And something that I paid (in advance) for that is within the contract of my annual membership (that is NOT suppose to happen) although, over, and over again this took place. This is not just a one time thing sir! The past 2 years I have been in business with Spocket this has been taking place. It is not okay. Would you want to continue to do business with a company that is doing this to you? My store has been closed (on pause) because of this very serious issue. Regards, Nia, HeavenAh Organics I may not be able to open my store again. I do not recommend this company to supply your dropshipping needs. Please Save Yourself heartache, and disappointment. This company does not care about anything else except for the money! And the Better Business Bureau will have this company on their roster as soon as I file with them. No matter if I do not get at the least half the membership fee back other people need to know how this company works... Good luck Everyone who takes a chance on this company.

THIS IS THE WORST APP EVER. TRASH TRASH TRASH. ITS BASICALLY A SCAM. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE APP, TIME WASTING. IF I COULD GIVE IT A ZERO 0000 OR MINUS REVIEW I WOULD. DONT USE THIS APP. I WENT THROUGH IT WITH ALL MY 4 STORES AND DESPITE TRYING TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NOTHING EVER GETS RESOLVED ALL THEY DO IS COLLECT MONEY YOU SPENT ALL NIGHT APP JUST CLICKING YOUR KEYBOARD AND ACHIEVE NOTHING INSTEAD OF GOING TO BED AND BETTER TO REST OR PLAY WITH YOUR KIDS.

Another bad experience yet again, I had placed an order in July 2022 that was never shipped out to customer, Spocket has refused to give a refund, They told me they are waiting on aliexpress to release my refund. This is not a good customer service behaviour
