So they have "US Suppliers" with a sneaky disclaimer saying that the item will ship from China if showing OOS. Got the free trial, made a sale, made the purchase of the item, and it comes from China, I could have place the order myself on Aliexpress and save the extra fees and overpriced item for "US Supplier". Another thing, if your work with capturing orders manually because as a business you can fulfill them 1st , they wont let them sync to their system.

Terrible. It is an expensive app for nothing; it can take five days ONLY to process an order BEFORE shipping. It makes no sense AT ALL if the app proposes to provide fast shipping in the USA. Aliexpress does that MUCH faster.

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE OF ALL DROPSHIPPING APPS! Would not recommend using Spocket! The costumer serivce, is just not on point!! I was trying the app - and did make an cancellation, as i was to get back to spocket in a few months, when the website was ready to go. BUT they charged me 99 USD anyways!? What!? And now the refuse to refund. You cant trust this company!! They will not help you when you need it!! Don't install Spocket........

Launched our Shopify store about 1 month ago and added Spocket to import items from Aliexpress to our Shopify store using the AliScraper add-on. We have had nothing but issues from the first order: 1. Unit cost imported by Spocket does not match the supplier cost from Aliexpress resulting in me being charged more than the customer paid for several items. Customer service has not resolved this issue even though there has been a tech support ticket open for over 2 weeks. When I asked for a refund of the difference Spocket paid to the supplier versus what Spocket charged me this is the exact quoted response from Manny in customer service "Clearly there is a problem from the very beginning, and it was reported and our tech team has been trying to fix it. but it doesn't mean price adjustments will be automatically be shouldered by Spocket. The products that have price mismatches never should have been uploaded to your store for purchase to begin with." MY CUSTOMERS HAD ALREADY PLACED ORDERS BEFORE THE DISCREPANCY WAS FOUND! Am I supposed to close my store and still pay for your unusable service while you fix your tech issues? 2. The supplier's return policy does not import to Spocket from Aliexpress. If you try to perform a return for your customer in accordance with the Aliexpress supplier return policy Spocket will tell you the item is not returnable. This is completely unacceptable. We have spent dozens of hours finding suppliers who have a return policy that allows our customers at least 7 days to return an item only for Spocket to deny the return. Because Spocket is the "buyer" there is no record of your store making a purchase from the supplier! 3. Product variants, prices, details, sizes, colors, photos, etc. do not import correctly. You will have to manually update EVERY product pushed to your store. Be sure to account for shipping costs as those are not imported correctly either. 4. The suppliers and inventory on Spocket are terrible. These are the same items found on Aliexpress with a huge markup making it impossible to sell at a competitive amount. I have not found 1 item to import to my store from the Spocket suppliers. This is our experience with about a month's usage of the app. It has literally been one issue after another! We are currently looking for an alternative and can not wait to migrate to a new platform as soon as possible.

I honestly don't know how this app has so many positive reviews. If you care about your customers and the reputation of your company, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SPOCKET! They'll happily take your money every month but the few times you get an order through them, there is always an issue. From the items being faulty or defective, items always out of stock or randomly disabled from your shop, the shipping times taking too long, Items being priced way too high, random fees, to the supplier completely dipping out on you without any warning making you and your company look stupid. Just Terrible all around. I have wasted too much money here. You have been warned.

Poor implementation, no filter option for "shipping to". Unbelievable prices, scrap that costs 70 cents in China is offered here for 60 euros and more. Are you kidding me?

The absolute worst dropshipping app ever! Their customer support is awful! I made the mistake of paying for an annual subscription and could only use the app for a few months it 's so bad and they refuse to refund me for the month that i will not be using even after removing the app from my store. The vendors on here are shady, they claim they ship from the US but they don't. They create shipping labels but never ship the items. Their customer support is awful, you will be talking to 6 different people aboutone thing. They keep telling you, they'll get back to you and you never hear back. Very shady app that just out to steal people's money. Stay away from this app. Listen to the other reviews trust me, they are all right!

I canceled long before the trial was over. However, spocket charged my paypal account after confirmation that the account was closed. They are giving me the runaround and making it very difficult on me to get the charge refunded. I have to go through a paypal dispute. Disappointing because I thought this was a trustworthy company.

Do not use them. You will have problems with the suppliers and the Spocket support wont half way help you. There are a lot of problems when trying to use Spocket to sell items

I will spend some time to talk about how bad this app is. First of all, there is no such thing as free plan stop scaming people. You cant do nothing at all for free, even paid membership have only 25 products limit and are misleading because says 25unique products, people keeps thinking how about non unique products then. App is a damn slow, i dont have nothing even to compare with. Millions of popups and anoying buy membership advertisments. When you search products there are many irrelevant products thats have badge "premium". Support is always away. I can write more but i will stop wasting my time now. So F this crap app. Its pitty i cant give lower rate. Sinceraly, Notyourbussiness.

Does not deserve 1 star. ZERO stars! MY REVIEW - Awful, terrible, stressful, NO! ZERO STARS - DO NOT LOAD THIS APP. WARNING WARNING WARNING - Im telling you dont even think about using this app. WE had this account for 1 year and 100 orders! Spocket's success rate has to be about 70% Good luck taking that risk. Actually, dont! I cant even begin to describe the non-sense you will be dealing with. This "middle-man" vendor app clearly does not work for the vendors and/or the vendors do not use their EComm dashboards correctly. Either way, WE LOST SEVERAL WEALTHY CUSTOMERS because items could not be fulfilled, when their own listings say inventory is available. Im telling you people, DONT DO IT! WASTE of time and money. OUR little store, with 250 products loaded from spocket. Canceled them all after the 25th unfilled item. Thought I was very patient and understanding. Forget about it. Worthless! You will LOOSE customers. The bad reviews are correct. Dont think it wont happen to you. Skip this app.

Spocket is a scam. Horrible experiences from the beginning: - It shows that you have to pay an extra fee to talk with vendors. When you pay it, it appears that the chat functionality doesn't actually even work and there is no way to contact suppliers directly. You have to contact suppliers via Spocket chat and it takes more than 4 days to get back to you with an answer if they even get back! And your customers are waiting. - They preview vendors with 5* feedback and 1-2 shipping days. The reality is that the vendors there do not fulfill even an order for a product that shows 1000pcs in stock and the reason is "out of stock"?! And products also go randomly out of stock all the time or just disappear. Please save your time and avoid this platform.

DO NOT use SPOCKET app!!! Be careful with this company as it's absolutely fraudulent company with a business plan tailored to SCAM! They are scammers and at that stage when you will decide after cheepest trial that you do not need this App, they will send fake expensive bills to PayPal and will charge you for the whole year. But when you try to recover your money back, PayPal will ask you for more evidence by sending an agreement, which of course you wouldn't have as in first place it doesn't exist and second Spocket anyway never gives any agreement to you. Also, Spocket isn't an honest company and it doesn't follow the Law and Regulations. Spocket is just one of those SCAMMING Apps which try to earn by cheating and at the end of day it will cost too much money to you. Think twice, before even starting to use it!

Scammer Suppliers claim that they are shipping from the USA when they are not!!!!! Slow shipping and I got 3 angry customers after paying for this expensive app. I AM DONE! Spocket should really MAKE 100% SURE that their suppliers REALLY ARE SHIPPING FROM THE USA. SUCH A SCAM! $300 is all gone!

How do i put this? this app have great customer support, amazing people that will work with you. But, why in the world would you have so many unreliable suppliers, that lie about processing time, shipping time and bogus so called shipping partners just to buy time, because they are drop shippers themselves and not manufacturers. you advertise shipping from the us and short processing time make sure you own up to it. worst of all is that you can't Rate suppliers but yet they call them premium, based on who? we own a large amount of store and will stay an other quarter, if this change i will change my ratings if not that's a lot of our shops cancelling. now you have to pay to message suppliers.

I was so excited when I first came across Spocket. However, I quickly learned that my cost with shipping was higher than the retail price on several items being sold out in the market. I wasted so much money on this app. There is no money to be made here. I ended up buying wholesale elsewhere and was able to make a profit.

Shipping cost can indeed be tricky sometimes especially with stores that are focused on non profits and 'for a cause' approach types like yours. Buying wholesale is also indeed a good move to make bigger profits but that actually moves you away from the dropshipping model where there is less risk since you wouldn't need to hold inventory. An expensive app. I asked to downgrade to a basic plan after months of paying $99 per month with no sales, but they keep giving me a hard time. Keep dragging it to another month to make me pay more. I told them there was an error when I tried to manage the bill. They also said all products that I imported would be deleted from the store after downgrading to a basic plan. WASTED ALL MY TIME EXPORTING THE PRODUCT LISTINGS THAT I PAID FOR.
