Great app. Comes with tons of prebuilt feed templates and very easy to customize also. Support is really great. They have made adjustments I needed to my feed due to my supplier and have always gotten back to me quickly.

I think you will not find any app better then this I mean I had to do work for 2 days just to update stock and now it takes less than an hour to do so. best app, Kudus

Needing an app that can sync stock data from suppliers to my store. It saved me from going the custom codings path, which would cost a lot more time and money. Support team is very helpful and super easy to deal with, needing a custom plan due to large numbers of suppliers and variants, responded promptly with a plan that works for my case Update: Requested to update my custom plan to allow more number of feeds and bigger variant counts. Support team responded and approved it on the same day! 2nd update: Had issue with one of the feed files not being read properly, suppor team fixed it the next day!

This app and the support are incredible! This app let me move to shopify from a more expensive platform that provided this capability. Now that I can have this capability on Shopify I'm able to save a lot of money each month. I had some trouble figuring things out (stopping and reading instructions would have helped me a ton). Support was very patient with me and explained thins as much as I needed to understand. I recommend this app very much!

Products did NOT stay up to date, we had to cancel 8 orders because they were NOT updated with the shipper, then they refused to refund unless we reloaded. We have been online 20 years, the WORST

Without a doubt one of the best customer service I have had on Shopify apps. We had a lot of trouble getting customized, since we had a lot of demands. Jor from Customer service. We are almost there now, so that is just great. I absolutely recommend!

My store was not compatible with my provider's CSV, this gave me many headaches, and many lost hours, I don't know how long, but too much, I recently asked Shopify and they recommended Stock Sync, and the truth is that I just started with them but I'm already super happy, they serve you very well in their customer service and they are very fast, you really won't regret it, now I have the inventory connected and it even gives me error and duplicate reports.

2023.03.22 We use the app for several months already and had the chance to interact with the support team also. Overall impression is positive and we decided to continue with StockSync after testing other partial solutions. We use now to create new products from suppliers feeds, update stock, prices and pictures. It is easy to customize what to import, to connect data from feed with the shop, to transform data from text to numbers for stock status and much more. For the curent number of orders, updating every 6 hours is still good, but we do recommend to upgrade this service in the basic package to more often. In the last months we tested another solution only to sync stocks, where with no additional cost we had it every hour for as many feeds as we wanted. Stock Sync is better because you can customize, apply filters, update any information from the shop and make rules when reading the feed source. Working with support team, I have to mention Raj for this topic, I see they have the will to help, to improve, and to make our shopify users easyer. All the way from the begining, I see progress and we plan to use this app in the future too. 2022.07.18 I am using the app for some time. We had periods when sorting wasnt working but I am not sure if that was because we didnt had the right plan at that time for the shop or was technical issue. Now I made a reinstall on the rebranded new shop and when selected to update all collections at once, it didn't work. I have made the update for each page of collections and in this way it worked. I cannot give feedback for the auto updates. We also have another shop my-babyprincess.myshopify.com where still not working but also I dont know if is the plan or technical issue. Comparing to other apps, I advice for an upgrade regarding live update on inventory change that with this app we cannot do, not yet needed but it was something that almost made me select other app.
Hi there, We deeply appreciate the honest review and feedback. Upon checking on both of the stores, from one of the store it shows that there are 2 errors which are the insufficient credits error and the location inactive or missing error. Stock Sync has 2 types of billing methods which are credits for adding new products and monthly subscriptions to update existing products. Location inactive error showed during location not available or missing at that moment. We are happy to explain anything in more detail or to hear from you about any other issues or idea.
