It has been challenging to get this running but I have recently had success. Its a great App and is very useful, it has been working brilliantly. For some reason there appears to be changes in how I do an updated CSV file from my website and I cannot find it. Very frustrating

Had issues with variable description fields that used to work, Raj fixed my issue on the back end, not sure what actually changed but Its a very good app, Could not do without it. Very easy to use. Can undo changes, Support very good.

Very good app that is however let down by mediocre support. When they get round to replying, they resolve the issue, but that can take days. If your business - like ours - requires rapid inventory updates then you need proper support. Looking for alternatives.

No one answers me and their Vendor feeds are not working even the vendor treid to reach them. Because I placed this review magically my app was removed and I had to reinstall the app and of course I lost my gandfathered plan and now they are forcing me to pay way more. When I email my questions are being ignored and I cannot find help to get my original package back. This is what happens if you place a review they dont like.

We use it to sync our physical store inventory and price updates, it is the top app here, we had a few issues, but the support quickly fixed them. very recomended.
