One of the best apps I have encountered - with regards stock sync, it works perfectly for me, updating 6,500 SKUs from a supplier feed via ftp 3 times a day. Support was fantastic and helped me liaise with the suppliers IT manager to iron out the set up - genuinely delighted with the outcome.

This app is brilliant and the support is even better. Being able to filter the products I want to sync supplier-by-supplier and using custom billing is great, I don't need my whole catalogue synced so I only pay for what I need. The app supports loads of ways to run feeds. I have it set to send me an email daily so I can check what's run. It's reasonably easy to set up, I'm running email attachment and SFTP feeds and this app was much easier to use than another I tried. Raj has been great at pointing me in the direction of what settings I need to change to get to my desired outcome and responds quickly, time zones permitting. In short, does everything I can think of, at a fair price, easy to use and with excellent help explaining how it works if required.

Stocksync has been incredibly useful in managing our inventory and syncing price, availability, and metafields. When an issue arises, they normally respond in the next day or so, but they are very helpful and even went and added a new option for us to use in order to accommodate our needs. Would recommend stockysync for anyone looking to manage pricing and inventory.

The worst Sync app ever! We have been trying to reach them for last 2 weeks even complained them to Shopify. But still no one replied yet. We need to stop subs and get a refund for last two months. As the app stopped working and no one helped at all. I do NOT recommended anyone who need to regular Inventory Sync. Unprofessional, Unresponsive and You cannot make a business plan with these guys.

Update a year later: The customer service is just becoming worse. We had again problems with uploading a new feed. Contacted the support. Takes a week just to get past the 1st line, which don't do anything else than sending meaningless support articles from their website. After a week they solved the issue, BUT, it created a new issue, so it still doesnt work. Now its been almost two weeks and we are still in queue to get in touch with the tech support. They offer to schedule 15min google meet calls. Scheduled one for today. Did anyone from StockX show up to the scheduled meeting? Nope... The app: 5 stars. It works well 99% of the time and has some clever functions that makes it very useful. Definitely saved us lots of manual work. The support: The support is helpful, but it normally requires a few mail exchanges before they actually look into the issue in matter. The 1st line support seems to be there just to send out generic answers and FAQ links. Mainly the response time is a problem. You get a reply max. once per 24h. Which is extremely frustrating when you stuck with something urgent.

The support is above and beyond. Although I bombed them with different kinds of issues and requests, they answered diligently. And the App itself is functioning without any major issues. Would reccomend this app for syncing products via feed.

I have been really happy with this app. It has been reasonably easy to use and has lots of videos and tutorials to help you. There was just one supplier I could not work out how to sync to and I messaged stock sync directly and they were able to set it up for me for free. The service has been great.

We had a problem with our feed with duplicated images sended to our stores. Lucky Azza helpt us out and solved the issue in 24 hours. Great service and the feed works properly now. good job

After weeks of dealing with Support team due to problems with the product, the feeds are still not working correctly and the store has been on hold for far too long. I'm sure in some cases the app works but we have had nothing but issues trying to connect an XML feed.
