The app works well, and as soon as we have any questions, the app team is quick on problem solving. They've went out of their scope to allow us to sync one particular customer, in adition to giving us the answer to our problem. If you need to syncronise your inventory to your dealers/dropshippers, I higly suggest you to try this app.

Well actually in the begining it comes to me like a normal app for stocks sync... but when i go in to deep you can change eveything with formulas... and all the formulas are writing in their support pages.. Also Raj and Azza is very helpfull ; even i bother them with too many questions and issues they helped to me with efficiently... I suggest you to use this app ( also if you have products too many like me with all variations it is perfect app ) Thanks

This app is a scam. The company that makes this app has charged my shopify account hundreds of dollars that I did not agree to and now they will not refund me and nor will shopify. Avoid using this app.

Very useful app if you need more flexibility for the business workflows. Good support which really can help you to resolve any cases. Not fast, but they do work well which is important, archive the result. Recommend.

App wiped a load of data off live site, 3 weeks later no reply off support. Reported to Shopify, may be they have gone under.

So far the program has been a life saver. The only problem I have now is that some of my feeds... and I only get 3 of them without paying $10 more per month when I already pay $15... Is that one of my feeds from the distributor has a DNA and DNA- prefix in front of the actual product SKU. So I cannot run just one instance of the feed, I have to have 2 or 3. When I try to modify my auto scheduled feed the settings don't get saved even for a manual update with the setting. So I have to have another feed that costs me more monthly in order to update those products from the same feed I am already paying for. It works great, I love the software. But I don't want to pay nearly 2x the price to get these particular SKU variants updated because of the prefix errors my distributor has.

It was really difficult to set up, and after hours of trying to contact support, I have given up. This app is not designed for their users at all. I feel like I need a Shopify Expert to help me set it up. Also, the support chat doesn't respond, and the support email I sent bounced back, telling me to use the chat. This is a shame because the reviews of when the app works look good.

Great app, but sadly the customer support sucks. They take ages to answer. For me speed is the key. Having problems and taking alot of time to solve it is not good for any business.
