We've had an excellent experience with ReCharge and their support team! Roberto was incredibly resourceful and provided invaluable assistance with our Retention Flows. The platform itself is seamless, reliable, and intuitive, making subscription management effortless. The support team is consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and eager to help whenever questions arise. We highly recommend ReCharge to anyone looking to optimize their subscription business.

Customer service through live chat is relatively responsive and depending on the issue they are able to find a solution during the chat. If not, they make it clear they will follow up via email once the problem is solved. As a small business, the biggest gripe I have with Recharge is the cost. If there was some kind of tiered pricing based on subscriptions processed per month, it would make working as a small business more palatable.

Great technical support, platform works great. The only bummer is that we were onboarded onto ReCharge Memberships rather than ReCharge subscriptions for our SaaS offering which seem to have not been the best fit. But overall a great platform if you're looking to provide subscription offerings.
