If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd choose. Recharge got in touch with us about integrating the new checkout, a process I was interested in. Despite my repeated inquiries about implementing it on a preview theme, they went ahead and did it on our live theme. As a result, our checkout has been dysfunctional since 5am EST. It's clear they didn't conduct proper testing and didn't inform me until they were already converting it at 5am on a Monday. Needless to say, this experience has left me extremely dissatisfied.

Terrible customer service, terrible software. They do not provide you with a phone number, and you are at the mercy of their staff to reply. Which is, on average, 10-24 hours or more. I have been working with them for their Shopify cart conversion (that all Recharge customers are being forced into), and it has been an absolute nightmare. After finishing the conversion yesterday, now my website will not even add a subscription product to cart. I have been losing potential subscribers for nearly a month due to an error with their checkout that they *cannot identify*. It took long enough to get them to begin the cart conversion. Now that it is finished and it DOES NOT WORK, there is NO urgency on their behalf to help fix this. They typically reply with more questions, and ask you to confirm something multiple times before proceeding with a solution. I hardly ever write reviews, but am compelled to do so because I am shocked at how inefficient they are. For the record, this is the second time this year that I have had to correspond with them for assistance. Two separate issues, two awful experiences. Choose another recurring payment app.

Been making a lot of big changes to our eCommerce efforts, naturally, some things fall apart. However, Renata was a huge help she was able to address my issue immediately. She was prompt with her responses and provided me with all the resources I needed to understand the processes that were helping. Thank you, again!

Recharge has caused me some issues over the years, but their support team really kicks butt. They've gone above and beyond to help make sure my issues have been corrected. I've been using their system for 4ish years now and I highly recommend them

There's absolutely no support. NOTHING! The "Get Help" link in their app is inactive. There's no online chat and there's no ticket system. How does Shopify let them have apps?

I am write this 5 star review because of the exemplary service and support. The app itself is easy enough to use and is quite extensible. One of the most important things is when we had a problem (that we created) Recharge was there to pick up and fix all we needed. Great product great support

We aren't quite ready to launch subscriptions for our business yet but Ben from the Account Management team outlined the benefits of using Recharge as our solution when we are ready. Installation was a breeze and there is so many out of the box features that have us excited to explore further. Would definitely recommend this as the go-to for subscriptions on Shopify from our experience so far.

Great experience so far. We just started using Recharge about 3 weeks ago and from set up to problem solving the service has been fantastic. There for any issues or things you can't figure out easily on your own, with that said, ease of use is one of the best parts! Looking forward to exploring all it has to offer and growing our business even more.

We're beyond thrilled with all the support we've received from Recharge. Our move was a complicated one, as we have a unique subscription model that we were hoping Recharge could help us uncomplicate. We've already seen an increase in conversion over our old website and couldn't have done it without the amazing team at Recharge. A big thank you to Vinse, who supported us every step of the way.
