We have been using this app for several years on 5 websites after trying others, and none can compare. For several years we were not aware of just how powerful it could be. We worked with Kaitlin to get a better understanding and are now focusing on stronger retention strategies. I highly recommend this application. Terrible app. Despite setting up the tax settings to the staff's specification, for 30% of our customers, the app double charges taxes. Understandably, we get a ton of angry customers and chargebacks because of this. I opened a ticket 8 days ago for this. Since then, my ticket has bounced around to multiple agents, and I've received useless suggestions like 'disable the taxes' or 'regenerate the charges'. We've been using recharge for 4 of our stores, and we're now going through the painful process of migrating to someone else. So far, skio seems like a good option. If you're a medium sized company looking for a subscription app, I suggest you stay away from these guys and pay for a proper solution - even outside of this tax issue, the app is full of glitches.

We had a problem with some product variants and emailed the support at Recharge. Meredith took over and after some explanations of what the problem was from our site... she just solved it, in under an hour. It takes days for other apps' developers to respond to support requests, but we know that when you use Recharge for your subscriptions, not only does everything work automatically but their support is top-notch! Thanks Meredith!

I began using Recharge when I migrated over from WooCommerce to Shopify. Recharge customer service has been nothing short of amazing, replying so quickly no matter the day. Seriously, their customer service is unmatched. Highly recommend recharge from those who are beginners to using Shopify plugins, all the way through experts!

Good, friendly and fast customer service! I wished for more compatibility of RECHARGE with other apps but with the Shopify checkout + RECHARGE that wouldn't be a problem.

There are a few Apps on the market that provide subscription options for customers that you can plug into your website. Recharge is the only one I have found that allows my customer to decide when they want their subscription to renew rather than them being forced into a date that does not work for them , which provides great customer retention for me and service to my customers.
