Recharge Subscriptions App

This is specifically about support, not much experience with the workings of the app itself yet. I was having trouble reading and comprehending all the information on the upcoming Shopify Checkout Integration. Got on support and Ola was totally professional and courteous in walking me through my questions bit, by bit, by bit. Some she reasonably couldn't address. Greatly appreciate them.

Fast response. Comprehensive and has supported sales growth. -Updated. I needed further support after migrating with old auto-renew products. Juan jumped into chat, and response was friendly, fast, and accurate! Received excellent guidance as well as documentation on how to fix things. Great work!

The first thing that strikes me is the Recharge team's excellent support for integration and support. It was seamless and required little internal resources. For managing our subscriptions on Shopify, it's been a breeze and powerful with easy customization within the theme. The app is incredibly user-friendly, and managing recurring orders is effortless. Highly recommend for any business looking to boost their subscription model!

Vinse was on hand the whole process to make sure the Recharge integration ran smoothly. Vinse was always ready to hop on call to assist with even the smallest of queries. Technical support is also quite quick at responding.
