So far, the experience has been excellent. The team moved us from our previous app and supported the customizations we requested. They respond quickly to every inquiry, and each representative I spoke with showed strong expertise. I expected migration to be challenging, but the Appstle team is managing it well. Furthermore, the app includes every feature and adjustment we could envision. I look forward to using it to expand our subscription business.

Alan was incredibly helpful and made the setup process so much easier for me. He was patient, responsive, and took the time to actually help configure everything correctly rather than just sending me instructions. He helped set up my subscription plan and Build-a-Box, fixed the pricing when I noticed an issue, removed the Appstle branding for me as a complimentary service, and was genuinely thoughtful about making sure the customer experience was polished. Really appreciated how proactive and kind he was throughout the whole process. Excellent support and a great experience overall.

Sid was so much help today, whilst setting up a subscription model on our Shopify - I was dreading having to set it up on my own, as I had no previous experience. When I popped on their online Chat, i didn't expect someone to literally take the lead and set it all up to my specifications, but Sid did within half an hour we had a save and subscribe model up and running

I am setting up a new snail mail club subscription and had no idea how to run the back end of my subscription. Setting up the subscription plans was done in a timely manner with the help of the support team. I appreciated how quickly they responded to my emails, and even offered to set up a call to make sure we were on the same page with what I needed. Every team member I communicated with was helpful, knowledgeable and very patient with me. Thank you!
