I had to migrate some data to a new theme update and they jump on my account did it all for me in 3 minutes. The service seems to be unmatched and I wish more companies responded like that!! Highly recomend using this app on Shopify

We had to migrate all of our Shopify subscriptions from Shopify Subscriptions to Appstle, and the entire experience was outstanding. The migration itself was smooth, but what impressed us even more was the support team. They didn't just answer questions—they actively helped us customize the subscription widget, customer portal, and email notifications to match our store perfectly. They translated all customer emails into German, customized the subscription management experience, integrated the "Manage Subscription" button into our customer account, adjusted the widget design, and responded incredibly fast to every request we had. Recently switched from a different subscription app, and very happy with the change! The team is highly responsive and have been great with answering any and all questions. The migration team did a great job of moving everything over seamlessly, and have been quick to help us with any additional set up or changes we wanted to make.

We had scaled our subscription program significantly with another provider, but as our business grew, the usage fees became increasingly difficult to justify. That led us to explore alternatives, and we’re very glad we found Appstle. While it may not include every bell and whistle offered by some of the more expensive subscription platforms, it has all the essential and semi-advanced functionality we were actually using. Once we compared the features and pricing, migrating to Appstle was an easy decision. Their team was highly communicative and supportive throughout the migration process.
