I was ready to give this app 5*s but everything has gone wrong since implementing it. 1. They left a sale price in bright red on my product page, but we didn't have a sale. Meaning we had two identical prices, one presented as a sale. This made my site look very spammy and I had two potential customers ask me why I had this! 2. Jade from Appstle is a horrific developer, when she tried to fix the issue, she left visible code on my website. Happy to attach a screenshot. Again this looks so bad, to have visible blocks of code. 3. She then deleted it but also deleted something crucial that I needed on my product page. Magnus then came to the rescue to fix all the mistakes which Jade made, which I am grateful for - but still overall unhappy with the service and for at least 2+ hours my product pages looked ridiculous.

I had an issue with the widget affecting the format of my product pricing and Max was able to fix the issue literally within minutes. Great app and awesome CS!

Honestly, these guys are truly amazing. Especially if your business uses memberships or subscriptions. I think I use 3 of their apps: memberships, loyalty, and subscriptions. Mason helped me with a query and was diligent, understanding and very helpful. Honestly I would recommend Appstle 200x over

This app seems to do everything we need for a very affordable price, especially compared to other options. Customer support is very responsive and helpful, and even offer to make changes or updates to subscription plans for you.

The app is horrible and full of glitches with a terrible UI. The team spends hours and hours trying to help with customizations, only for everything to be erased and revert back. You are passed from one rep to the other throughtout the day, getting only apologies and no fixes. Horrible service with very entry level developers that don't know what they ar doing. Cheaper is not always better and we look forward to switching.
