Fast and helpful

Jade got my subscription widget showing when our theme wasnt sending files properly (I'm not sure exactly what was happening) and fixed something I NEVER would have been able to. So thank you Jade!

This has been everything we've needed it to be. Also the customer support has been excellent. Especially when it comes to updating and making small tweaks that make a big difference to customers. Happy I chose Appstle.

I had trouble setting up , and logged onto Chat , Peter sorted everything out without me doing anything!! and saved me a lot of time from watching the tutorials. Can`t wait to see how this app works for my business

★★★★★ Outstanding setup help from Aiden I just set up Appstle for our cleaning-products store and the support made all the difference. Aiden walked me through everything in one quick session. He got my subscribe-and-save plan live, sorted out an error I hit while creating frequency options, and explained exactly what was going on so I understood it. He went well beyond what I expected. He removed the Appstle branding from the widget as a complimentary touch, added our shop logo to all the subscription emails, and integrated the "Manage Subscription" portal into our account page so customers can edit, skip, and cancel on their own. He even customized the widget to match our brand colors and shared a preview to make sure it looked right. Fast replies, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Now I see why this app has so many 5-star reviews. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough about the great support we have received for every request made. Response time is short and they stayed with me until I was satisfied. Some of the super support started before I even signed up to start our Appstle Apps! From simple steps where I got lost to our 2 sets of customers complex migration, Alex and Scott were there for me every step of the way. They truly made my experience go from a lost person staring at a computer screen to having a very clear pathway forward.

I had a little bit of trouble migrating the new subscription portal per Shopify and Appstle, I sent over a chat request to the team at Appstle and in minutes was chatting and getting things fixed. My issue was a self inflicted error, and Max took no time to sort it, resolve it, and even improve on what I was struggling to fix. 10/10 recommend Appstle. Much appreciated Max and Uri. Thank you!

This app is amazing for what they offer on their free plan. Looking at how expensive the other apps are, I gave this a try and wow. The free plan has everything you need to get you started. Their customer support is also exceptional. I reached out to see if I could offer free shipping on 2nd order forward and Ryan walked me through on how to do it and it's included in their free plan. Once I get enough subscription sign-ups I will definitely be upgrading to their paid plan. Highly recommend this app.
