Excellent app with truly outstanding customer support. Aaron went above and beyond to help me create my first subscription plan, update the branding in my customer emails, and integrate the customer portal into my Shopify account page. He carefully reviewed my setup, noticed important details I had missed, and personally helped correct them. The support was fast, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely hands-on. Appstle offers the flexibility and professional features I need to build a strong subscription program. Highly recommended!

Extremely responsive! We really like this app. We switched from another subscription app because it was just too cumbersome to enter data every month. Appstle is so much easier and any time we've had a question or needed help, someone connected to the chat almost immediately. Appstle’s support has been excellent. Peter was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and patient while helping us work through a fairly advanced Shopify Flow and subscription setup for Nomad Home IP. He quickly helped us identify an API-access limitation, explained the available options clearly, and then went above and beyond by removing the Appstle branding from our subscription widget as a complimentary courtesy, adding our shop logo to the email notifications, and helping us disable a specific customer email so our provisioning workflow stays clean and professional. What impressed me most was that the support felt genuinely focused on improving our customer experience rather than simply trying to sell us an upgrade. Fast responses, clear answers, and exceptional customer service. Very much appreciated. 5 stars.
