We're just getting started with setting up Appstle. So far, it looks really promising with a much better customer experience than Shopify Subscriptions, our previous app. The main change we're excited about is the ability for customers to swap products, but there's lots of other control features our customers will enjoy. We had a few hiccups getting it started, and their response time was exceptional. We heard back within a couple minutes, and they created walk-through videos to make sure everything was running smoothly. Shout-out to Devin for great customer service!

We love this easy-to-use application, and the volume-based pricing is great for experimenting with subscription plans. Customer service is very knowledgeable and responsive.

Appstle is really working well for us now. We had a slow start with them (several years ago), but all along their commitment to good customer service has been good. The system is running flawlessly and if I do have a question (which is rare), I just use the chat feature and a live person is online with me right away.

Customer support is absolutely brilliant. Within minutes Adam the Merchant Success Engineer massive improved my customers ability to manage their subscription and the extra functionality came at no extra cost! Brilliant

First of all, this app is amazing. It does everything you need to offer subscription services, even on the free plan, until your product takes off. Secondly, Devin is amazing. I am tech-challenged, and he spent hours with me helping me get set up. He was patient, kind, and super knowledgeable. Thank you for all your help - I'm so happy I found this product!
