Appstle has everything we were looking for with a Subscription App and for a fraction of the cost of others with the features we were looking for. Their customer service is also quick to respond and have been super helpful.

Setting up is a breeze, and the support team is both efficient and highly responsive, regardless of whether you're on a free or paid plan. If you have additional functionalities, they go the extra mile to understand and assist you effectively. The app does its job pretty well. In our case, we needed a free trial (60 days) and a relative monthly or yearly subscription with a discount on the yearly subscription

So I haven't gotten to use the app yet I just got it working with my website. I have a customized checkout because of the nature of the products that we sell. Anyway Henry had great patience with going back and forth in trying to get the subscriptions to work in my checkout. After a few hours of going back and forth he was able to get it to all work. Thank you for helping me to get everything working with a difficult situation. So customer service has been excellent!

Had a few questions about setup, support responded in under a minute! Maya took the time to answer all of our questions and even wrote a custom CSS for our widget to match our storefront color themes. Best support team ever! In reference to the app, we have just started using the product, however the price plans are very generous and everything has been super smooth and easy to use. Will update this review after we have spent some more time using the app.

Amazing customer service. The live chat was an actual engineer who could answer every question and even went into my app settings remotely to input the code I needed. For a step I needed to complete myself, Max even recorded a live instruction video demonstrating for me step by step on his screen with his audio instructions guiding me. So astonishingly helpful and thorough! Can't recommend highly enough, so far I am amazed!

Wasn't able to get the app to work. Wasted all week with customer support, Support were trying to assist but they were just constantly confused and there was constant communication issues. After trying for a week, we've decided we've wasted enough time.. Time to use another app

I am new to the Appstle Subscription App and after watching the videos i set up subscription plan but then had questions on the Build a box. Ask question on the chat and Jackson was quick to join the chat and help me finishing setting is up. The he offered addition feedback on how to improve the app on my website. He was able customize it to match our theme and then sent additional videos to add items to our customer account page. He waited until i was completely done before he left the chat. Something you do not see too much any more. Great and quick customer support. Would recommend the app.
