Beyond that, the plugin itself has been a game changer for how we manage subscriptions. It is powerful, flexible, and integrates seamlessly with our store setup. Everything from pricing rules to frequency settings works just as we need it to. Our customers love how easy it is to subscribe or manage their recurring orders. This app is very comprehensive and has greatly improved my e-shop. The customer support is excellent—they are always there to help when I encounter difficulties, provide thorough explanations, and are frequently available online. Amazing team, espeially thanks to Aiden, Sebastian, Adam and Adarsh. All of them provide an excellent customer services and guide me whenever i have questions within a very short period! Merchant support for this app is really great. The app has many features to customise how subscriptions are managed. We have tight deadlines for subscription orders and it has taken some time and learning to setup; help has never been too far away though. Overall, I'm pleased with this app.

The way we have our product set up is overly complicated but the customer service team was so helpful in getting my product auto switched over with ease. Brooks was also very generous in offering the bulk automation feature for free for a limited time while I needed to make these changes. They are patient and always find a solution to any problems or issues that arise!

I really appreciate the flexibility this app offers for managing our subscriptions. We have some pretty specific shipping and ordering requirements for our customers, and the team was able to accommodate all of them.
