The team over at Appstle are very knowledgeable and willing to go to great lengths to ensure that your subscriptions are set up properly. They will take the initiative to make those fixes on their end rather than have you do it yourself. I highly recommend that you work with them and have them support you in all of your subscription-based needs.

The customer support team was amazing! I was nervous to try this new app and it didn't look like I had expected, but the customer support person modified it to exactly how I wanted it. They were also very responsive whether I wrote in the day or the night. It made me feel more comfortable trying out this new subscriptions app.

Appstle is incredibly user-friendly and packed with features, many of which we haven’t even explored yet. It’s also very affordable for everything it offers. What really sets them apart is their outstanding customer support. We had a few custom tweaks we needed, and their team responded immediately and went above and beyond to help us. Highly recommended!

I like the app really much and if we have problems the support is really proactive and helps always and the best in minutes... So i dont need to wait for days for a response, they understand my requirements, helps immediately and i never had the problem that they answered: no we cant do... as well if sth was not there in the app;) Thx a lot! You do a great job.

We have tried several different subscription apps, and have found this one to be the best in terms of ease of use, set up and reliability. Additionally we have found customer service, on the rare occasions we need it, to be helpful and friendly. Great app with great support.
