Just set it up and already we have 2 subscriptions. Had some minor technical issues and Kevin on the chat help solved them for us quickly. So far very happy with this app.

The appstle team provides an amazing support. Their response time is less than 1 minute, and they have top notch customer service to deal with any issue. We struggled with something for a long time that Shopify was not able to fix and the Appstle team went the extra mile to get the desired outcome in no time. They are really best in class.

Had an issue with customers subscription management. Alden answered my request instantly and resolved my issue very quickly. It's rare to find this type of customer service in the age of AI and automated support centers.

Superb! After installing and uninstalling a variety of subscription apps due to limited features and differing payment plans, we settled on Appstle and cannot speak highly enough of what this app offers. The customisation is unmatched, enabling us to perfectly tailor the look and feel of the widget to our store and achieve the desired customer experience. They also offer some of the best support we've experienced on Shopify. Our queries were answered within minutes, allowing us to set up our subscription service quickly and easily.

I just started using Appstle and they’ve already been incredibly helpful. Their support team is available pretty much 24/7 and always quick to respond. Every time I’ve had a question, they’ve guided me in the right direction and explained exactly how to do what I needed. Super impressed so far, they’ve made getting started so much easier!

This App works perfectly fine as intended. Our products and variants have unique demands which were addressed perfectly with the great help by their customer care. Very friendly, professional and with lots of patience. I am happy to be helped by Brooks who is wonderful with compassion and understanding.
