Appstle℠ Subscriptions App

I’ve been using Appstle Subscriptions on my Shopify store for about a year now, and the experience has been solid from day one. The app does exactly what it promises, and when I run into anything unusual, their customer support team is consistently on point. They respond quickly, they’re patient, and they actually resolve issues instead of sending you in circles. Reliability like this makes the subscription side of my store easy to manage and worry-free.

I have just signed up to Appstle, moving away from another provider who's service and customer service were not up to scratch. I am absolutely blown away by the product, customer experience and service I have received already. So happy I made the move, I feel really assured that should I have any issues (which feels unlikely as this app has thought of everything!) they will be quickly resolved in the smoothest, calmest way possible...which as a small business owner, is exactly the support I need.

Installing the app was a piece of cake. Alan (one of the engineers) was extremely helpful. He pretty much did most of the installation for me (all the tweaks). He truly went above and beyond not just answering my questions, but sending me snippets and giving me steps on what to do. He even helped me making the subscribe & save box look better on our website (it had to do with out Shopify theme). I'm truly grateful to Alan. That's a smart way to get a customer for life!

Wow, this app is amazing! Their merchant success engineers walked me through each step quickly and seamlessly. So efficient and professional, my shop looks amazing. They even did a test run to make absolute sure everything was in working order! Great job!

This app is a super easy way to introduce subscriptions into your shopify store. There is a little bit of setup to do in the beginning, but then it seems to be pretty plug and play. I had a few questions on how to use it and the support team was very helpful. I would recommend using this app.

I tried 3 payment apps and had issues with all 3. Then i tried Appstle and literally a support agent "Max" ( Real Human not AI ) helped me straight away to make it look nice! He was so quick and even sent video showing me something. I am shocked at the difference in support with this app. So good!
