I had some questions during setup, and I was impressed with Kevin. It was a real person, not an AI, and he was extremely thorough and patient, asking his supervisor to confirm something. I felt very relieved by the end of the interaction and highly recommend. Great customer service! :)

So far, amazing! Really easy to set up, and the dev team helped with a few small aesthetic issues and within 10 minutes of them arising they we're sorted. Great support, and so far a 10/10 app!

Pretty useful add-on for handling subscriptions on Shopify. I was in touch with Aiden, one of the team members, and he was pretty helpful which highlights their approach to their customers, which is awesome.
