The experience has been positive so far, there's a lot to learn when it comes to managing subscriptions for an ecommerce store - but luckily the support team have been really helpful and patient in answering our questions. They've been accessible and super quick with their responses and assistance!

We have the app on about 6 stores as of right now and everything is working flawlessly. Extremely user friendly, the product swap feature was really important for us & it's only available here. Also got a huge discount because we have it on all these stores. Highly recommended

We recently migrated to Appstle to manage our subscriptions. The migration itself was smooth with no disruptions to our current subscription schedules. We recently had a rather complicated customer request for a subscription plan that we were able to resolve with Max's help. Max was very thorough with the instructions and even provided videos to walk us through the steps to resolve the request in a very timely and professional manner. Thank you Max and Appstle.

We are a gluten-free subscription box powered by Appstle Subscriptions. We've had a great experience with the Appstle support team from Day 1. Super-fast support, very patient listeners, no hurry, they try to understand the use cases so that they can come up with a quick solution. I am amazed at the agility with which the team helped us get a new feature specific to our subscription model, well in time for our store launch. Super happy with the amazing support they provide. I highly recommend Appstle Subscriptions to any business running on a subscription model.

Quick & efficient customer support, was pleasantly surprised to not be auto promoted by a chat bot, store is in dev mode currently but looking forward to using its functionality
