I am lost for words how good this company is. I was using Revlytic before, and they just decided to close the business with no warning leaving me completely in the dark and unable to access customer info. My friend recommended Appstle and the transition has just been the easiest thing. Due to lacking customer information, Appstle logged into my shop, screen recorded a how to video (narrated with a real human voice) of EXACTLY what I needed to do, so very simple. Replies to all messages within 2 minutes. If you're not using Appstle as a business owner, PLEASE just take the leap. My stress has just disappeared now and I can start focusing on my business again. I have said it many times but thank you APPSTLE for your hard work, I am more grateful than I could put into words.

I had an issue with our website and not being able to add our subscription to cart, I had tried many other fixes but it still wasn't working. I reached out to support and Brooks was very helpful and had me send in the link to the two products that we were having issues with. We had just updated our website to a new theme and that there was some code that was missing from the product, Brooks added that code and both products are working great! I asked if it could further be explained what was wrong so we could know for the future, Brooks did let me know issues and that I could always reach out to them in the future if need be! This support is super awesome considering we are a small business and it is great to have access to this! Amazing! Props to Brooks.

I am really happy with using appstle subscription plan for my customers. I was using another subscription application that had really bad customer service and the price was very high for what I was getting. Appstle it the total opposite. Their customer service is excellent, always fast to reply and help out with any questions staying with me until I am all set and making sure I have things properly figured out to move forward. They also helped me a lot when I switched over to them to get the transition of customers over to this new plan. Their app perfectly integrates with shopify making it a one stop shop for my customers who can now take care of their subscription themselves without me having to me the liaison. As an added bonus you can give any items on your site the option to have a subscription at any interval you choose. Super happy I found this app and plan on staying with them. I've been doing subscription plans since before there were applications for it and I was punching in card info individually myself per customer every month. This app is awesome. I would definitely recommend. I use the regular business plan and it is more than enough options.

Customer service is very attentive and helpful. They helped me migrate from my previous subscription app to Appstle. The process was mostly seamless. I had to readdress the same issues repeatedly while transferring a few customers' subscriptions to Appstle. Although that was frustrating, customer service was responsive and met each concern with a positive attitude and urgency to resolve the issue. Thank you Paul and team.
