I just download this app. I am still making my way around it. I ran into an issue while setting up the subscription plan. I contacted support, they got back to me in no time. I was chatting with Adam, He assisted me well, I appreciate his expertise and patience. Honestly I don't know how well the app performs yet or how much value it's gonna bring to my store, but so far I am satisfied with their support system.

the support is amazing. they configured my buy box and customer portal very quickly and exactly matching our brand. great migration support as well

Load to cart takes forever to load for customers and sometimes doesn't load at all. We hired a Shopify partner to set up our website using Appstle and between the two of them we can't figure out why this is happening. Each party blames the other and a solution is never provided.

I had issues with setting up a widget for a product page. Jade was extremely helpful, he resolved all of my issues within 10 minutes and made a video for me explaining the detail. Great customer service!
