Excellent at problem solving and adding missing features

Being a non-tech-savvy person, I had several questions and a few issues with my subscriptions and bundles, but Adam was incredibly patient, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the process. He suggested a number of useful improvements and was very honest and transparent in his feedback and recommendations, which I really appreciated. He also kindly helped me install and upgrade certain features completely free of charge. The customer service has been excellent, the guidance was genuinely valuable, and the app itself works very well too. Highly recommended.
