Excellent support and setup experience! I'm setting up weekly meal subscriptions for my meal prep business, and Adam went above and beyond helping me get everything configured correctly. He helped with the subscription widget, integrated the customer portal into our Shopify store, and took the time to understand exactly how I want the customer experience to work. The support has been incredibly responsive and hands on. Im very impressed so far and excited to start offering subscriptions to our customers. Highly recommend Appstle.

The appstle subscriptions app was a great help to my store and it paired perfectly with the bundles app to create a clean volume discount & subscription toggle.

This support team blew me out of the water! They stayed in a chat with me for two hours, helping me configure my store exactly the way I needed it. They are aware that I have nine other stores coming over. This service is fantastic.

Alan with the chat assistance went above and beyond to help me with (in my opinion) a tricky situation and even went so far as to test workflow for me before providing final answers. First day using Appstle and I am beyond impressed.

THE WORST. This app mis an absolute nightmare!! It is so time consuming and frustrating. I don't have an hour to sit in front of the computer and add all of the things to customer profiles! It also took forever to add products. There should just be an "ADD ALL" to the subscription. They should be able to change and add everything in their own accounts by default. Why am I adding that? My God... how do i get my 45 minutes back?

I truly appreciate the quick response and the help that I receive. I am NOT an IT person and I need detailed instructions on how to navigate this. I provide screenshots on issues I'm having on my side since this can be very over whelming at times and they walk me through it. My customers love the ease of managing their subscriptions. I would recommend this app to your business plan if you are wanting subscriptions.
