Max was amazing! He helped me out with exactly what I needed and then after that went above and beyond for more. Extra Miler Max is what comes to mind haha Thank you, again for all you do! I own a software company and I know how important customer service is, this was awesome.

Took literally less than 5 minutes to set up my subscription. The app works great and the customer service is top notch; they responded to my message within seconds and resolved my issue very quickly. I would give them 6 stars if i could

They support cart drawer integration. They are the best. You have to ask support about the cart drawer feature. Best support I've ever had for an app

Great product, excellent customer service - they're helpful with setup and any questions/problems you might have. There's also a free plan so definitely try it!

He estado probando otras aplicaciones de subscripcion y me ha costado mucho configurarlas. He intentado esta y me ha sido mucho mas sencillo, incluso si tienes alguna duda el servicio tecnico te ayuda en todo, la verdad es que es una gozada de como me han atendido... solo puedo estar agradecido de KAI quien me ha ayudado a la configuracion de mi subscription de forma increible. La verdad es que muy muy contento con su ayuda!! Gracias

Fantastic customer service - Sebastian in particular got back to me asap; we resolved the issue in 15 minutes, he even helped do the finer details I couldn't change and my new Build A Box is up and running! Made my day!

I made the shift from WIX to shopify and then needed to find the best app for subscriptions. My experience as a non-tech business owner as when I cannot figure out something they are always available to help all hours of the day. They also do a great job provide images and videos to support.

Incredibly fast with getting my problem solved. Definition of handling an issue on the fly and doing so with kindness and politeness. The interaction was stellar and I had two fixes done in less than three minutes.

I switched from another subscription service to this one, and so far it has been amazing. Support responds within 1-2 minutes in a little chat bubble, they are able to go into the Shopify store if you allow access to make changes/ help migrate other accounts, and they go above in beyond with screenshots and personalized tutorials if more assistance is needed. The interface allows for full customization, and the price point is better than most other apps. I highly recommend this app!
