So far so good, my customers can set up subscriptions and manage them which is perfect. Support is great too!

I needed assistance with some issues I ran into during setup. I reached out to support and they were so helpful, solved my issue right away, and even offered me options for customizing my widget to match my theme. I usually feel awkward speaking to support but Magnus was a pleasure to speak to. I am positive that this app will be much more user-friendly than my previous one already.

Ash from their Technical Service department helped me out in a big way. Our customers couldn't log on to change their settings, so he configured a button that enabled our customers to change their subscription status from their end. Thank you!

You need to use this app. No one has time for clunky, expensive and hard to use apps. This thing is easy to setup, well priced and works well. The customer service team are extremely responsive and very helpful. They help directly or fix the issue (including Loom videos!) instead of just referring you to the FAQ docs. Amazing service. Thanks Appstle.

Great app and priced far better than some of the competition. The customer portal works really well. We actually migrated to Appstle from another popular subscription application. Customer support is also very helpful! Would highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Nancy.I accidentally changed a subscription line and couldnt work out how to rectify it. After trying myself for quite a while I used the help Icon. Nancy answered immediately and got me back on track and fixed all of my issues. Wont hesitate to use them again.

Amazing support. I had challenges hiding the widget in products that did not have a buy once option. Henry did a great job showing me how to hide it.

Support has been absolutely INCREDIBLE! Jackson went above and beyond to help me customize the features they offer to match my site. The Appstle apps (I also have the loyalty program one) have been a great addition to my site and company. It has made everything easier, streamlined orders, and improved customer satisfaction. The thing about these guys is that they actually give a sh*t about the success of your store wrt to their app. SO. RARE. TO. FIND. For anyone looking for a subscription app that can be shaped and formed to meet your business model, Appstle is it. Just dig in, and start working bc this team is on your side and willing / able / technically sound to solve whatever you're dreaming up. All ACES in my book.
