I’m so happy I found this app! I was previously using another app and had continuous issues that were never resolved. The team at Appstle has been amazing and helped me set everything up smoothly. Our clients have long requested the ability to pay for their subscriptions in their local currency, and thanks to Appstle, this is now possible. Happy clients = happy business! I haven’t even explored all the features of the app yet, but I’m excited to dive in. While I haven’t interacted with the entire team, I’d like to extend my gratitude to Aiden, Mohammad, and Mona for their exceptional support. I definitely recommend Appstle to anyone looking for a fantastic subscription app that’s both effective and affordable. Thanks again, Team Appstle!

I’ve had a great experience with the Appstle Subscription app & team. They migrated over my subscriptions from another subscription service twice after having issues with the first swap (I made it worse). Kate was very nice and helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you!

Works well - should have custom domain offered as standard because without it, your emails may not get through to your customers. That's not a luxury and should be a given - but other than that, all good.

Kate has been a great help in integrating the customer data from my old subscription company (which is now out of business). She made the process seamless. Edit: Unfortunately, I will be switching to a different app. You cannot reschedule, edit, or cancel customer subscriptions without the $ 100 USD business premium. This is vital for my business, as often customers ask me to edit their subscriptions for them. This would cost over $1200 a year, which is not reasonable.

This includes editing, pausing, rescheduling, or even canceling their subscriptions — all through the Customer Portal, which is automatically integrated within their accounts page. There’s no need for a Business Premium plan for this feature, as it’s included for your customers from the get-go. We understand that managing subscriptions independently is important for your business, and we’re here to ensure that you’re set up to use the features that best suit your needs. Recently migrated from Recharge as they were becoming way too expensive (monthly fees and % of sales) and the catalog was never synching correctly, customer service didn't exists and customers were also always having issues modifying their Recharge subscription settings. It was a little scary at first to execute the migration, but everything went very smoothly. Although Appstle does not integrate with some of the software we use, I am so much happier with the system they provide. We barely get any questions about modifying subscriptions and the catalog is seamless and instantly updated. Support is very quick to respond as well. Highly recommend.
