We don’t leave a lot of reviews, but when an app’s support team is this good, you kind of have to. We’ve been using Appstle Subscriptions for about 2.5 years now, and it’s been consistently solid. The app itself is user-friendly and relatively easy to configure. The widgets are fully customizable, the customer portal is smooth, and once you get it dialed in, you can basically set it and forget it—which is exactly what you want from a subscription app. What really makes Appstle stand out, though, is the support team. They’re fast, thorough, and genuinely helpful. Instead of sending over some vague help doc, they actually take the time to look into your question and respond with step-by-step instructions. A lot of times, they’ll even record a Loom video walking you through everything, sometimes custom just for your issue. That kind of support is rare. They’ve even built features or made updates based on things we’ve asked about. Most apps would just tell you to submit a feature request and hope for the best, but Appstle actually listens—and they follow through, often way faster than expected. We’ve had very few issues in the time we’ve used it, but anytime something did come up, it was resolved quickly. They also made switching from our previous subscription app really easy and handled the import of existing subscribers with no drama. Highly recommend.

I've been building an out of the box offering for our community of Grab-n-Go meals. Nothing conventional about how we have to go about providing this service. If it were not for Appstle, our preparation efforts would have dissolved before we ever launched. If you need versatility and you want to be supported as you create... this app has the goods and the goodness. ;0)

These guys are great! 1) their customer support is KILLLER. I worked particularly with Max who was just so helpful. 2) the pricing is so much better for a growing business. The options are pretty flexible and they seem receptive to new ideas as well. Thanks!

Just installed it on my site. It was simple to install but didn't immediately work. Sent a message just after midnight and Uri responded immediately. He got it up and running in just a few minutes and then asked if he could help in any other way. I was working on some customization items that probably would have taken me upwards of an hour to figure out. He went in and programmed them in under 15 minutes. Can't ask for better customer service than that!

Unlike many other plug ins to your shopify store. These guy don't just point you to endless outdated articles or tutorials. Then leave you grasping at straws to get their "tool" to make your site before better. They dig in and give you clear and personalized instructions to get things running right.
