So far so good. When setting up the app I initially ran into a little problem which was addressed within 15 minutes by their support. Will definitely continue to use this app.

I absolute love this app. I tested quite a few before choosing Appstle, because they are the only app that integrates Zapier which I need for my subscription. I also received amazing support from Mitanchu, thank you so much!!

Actually great customer service. They were quick and helped me with custom code to make sure my service looks as good as possible on my website. Was very impressed!

At first I couldn't use this app, as I'm in Mexico, we don't have the ability to use Shopify Payments, so I had to make an account with Stripe and now I can use the app. I want to thank Natasha, from customer support, she helped me with the widget. I would love for the app to have a translate option, as I had to translate everything by myself, all the email (which have the same things to translate) should also have the ability to change everything at once, not going manually to change each and everyone. I'm excited to have some subscriptions on my site!

They have one of the best support teams I've ever dealt with. When you're running a business, it's 24/7 and its great to have vendors that are available 24/7 as well. They respond extremely quickly and they're always willing to help. Great and always available support is the reason why I stay with them because I know if I need help, someone is there.

App can take a bit of working out but the support is top notch. The team always responds within a couple of minutes and have a 100% success rate with solving my query to this point.

Henry and Ash have been great. Picked up 2 tickets for me, replied within less than 2 minutes and solved my problem within less than 15 minutes both times. Can't complain. Honestly very good customer service, nothing to complain about so far.

Any hitches we've had with the app (mostly just the getting used to the changes from Recharge and migration) have been promptly solved by their support team, who are always eager to help. Now things seem to be working great!

Worst experience ever. I never write bad reviews but I feel compelled to warn others against the repeating issues I faced. The customer portal was always having issues. repeated issues. sometimes double processing issues. the worst. When I would reach out to tech support they would say "looks good on our end" as if they had no responsibility for fixing their coding issues. I stayed with Appstle far too long. Now I have new subscription app with amazing tech support and I am kicking myself for not jumping ship earlier. buyer beware.

While we regret that your final experience led to the feedback, I'd like to address the points. We hope you give us another try. Customer Portal Issues: Customer portal is an integral part of our app, and our team ensured that every reported issue was thoroughly investigated. After multiple checks by our team, the portal was confirmed to be fully functional each time you reached out. In instances where adjustments were needed based on your specific setup, we provided detailed guidance and solutions to help optimize the experience for your customers. We have now added a more detailed and step by step guidance document and video, to help merchants setup their perfect customer portal. Also, we are always available 24x7 to real-time guide merchants anytime needed. Double Processing of Orders: The double-processing issue was linked to a setting in the app that allowed customers to modify their billing intervals. This was a feature enabled by you, which is designed to offer flexibility to your customers. When this issue arose, our team provided personalized instructions, including screencast videos, to help you disable this feature. These settings are always fully within your control. We have now added more merchant tutorials within the section, and switched to an easier merchant UI, to make the settings navigation very easy. We hope you will consider us again in the future as we continue improving and evolving our services.

Appstle makes it so easy to set up a subscription plan and modify it however you would like. Their customer service team is fantastic as well! Highly recommend

I launched my subscription with Appstle Subscriptions two days ago. Setting it up and just now contacting support for help has been very easy and I got help immediately.
