It took over 4 hours to respond to me, but i overstand that it was busy and this app is growing exponentially so i give grace for that knowing every other ocassion was quick response. The issue i was having was corrected within 2 minutes. Thanks alot

I have used Appstle on two different stores and I am constantly impressed with the level of customer service. They are ALWAYS there to help, they understand what I need and they make sure things work smoothly. A wonderful subscription app.

Switching from another subscription app. Much cheaper and get a premium support on the chat with a nice support team. Highly recommended.

Do not migrate to Appstle from another system! The migration has been a disaster and we have lost tens of customers and a lot of revenue. Appstle's customer service are helpful, and Muhammad in particular is very good, but the software is appalling. Even though it was more expensive, I should DEFINITELY have stayed with Bold.

We fully understand the frustration caused, especially when it results in lost customers and revenue. Migration Issues: We recognize that the migration from Bold involved unexpected challenges, particularly the missing variant IDs and product URLs in the data from Bold. This required manual intervention on your part, which added complexity and delays. We should have been more supportive during this time, and for that, we apologize. Security Challenge Emails: We understand that the security challenge emails were a major concern. We would like to mention here that these emails were triggered by Shopify’s security system, and not by Appstle. We’d reached out to Shopify support on this. We appreciate your mention of our Manager's efforts, and we are glad that our customer service has been helpful. We would love the opportunity to make things better this time. If you’re open to it, we’re committed to working closely with you to ensure a smooth experience. Thank you again for your feedback.

I recently used "Subscriptions by Appstle" for Shopify and was blown away by their customer service - easily the best I've experienced with any app. The migration process was seamless, thanks to their responsive and helpful team.

I have had great success with this app, especially with the help of Ash and many others have done an excellent job of helping me manage subscriptions and any other questions I had within minutes of me emailing them. I highly recommend this app and the service that comes with it. I could not ask for a better team of help as I navigated this job for the first time.

I have built two store on Shopify and use two different Subscription Apps. Appstle has exceeded my expectations on every front, but especially on the customer service side. The instant chat gets me instant results every time. I am looking to move my other store over to this app too, it's that good.

Switched from recharge, super easy process, lots of support when needed. Had a few minor issues (my lack of knowledge) and the support team has been amazing in helping out.

Apostle worked for my new Shopify website best . I checked recharge, casa, and applstle. Even though I paid recharge subscription, I found out Appstles even free account is better. So Appstle is the superior. Thanks

We haven't fully investigated the app yet but the customer service is very good. Even as a customer on the free plan they went above and beyond to help tweak the install and theme integration.
