I am legit blown away by this app! The customizations are literally endless and it offers migration services if you have a subscription program elsewhere and want to move the products and your current customers to Shopify. I am not super tech savvy at all and the support team has been so amazing about walking me through every step of the way. Plus my customers will have so much more control over their subscription than they did on my Wix plan.

Appstle its a great and versatile subscription app for your store giving you plenty of customization options. However after quick setup there few few bugs(mainly how the module is integrated and displayed in the store) which makes the life harder. I had to contact the support which is amazing and helped me quite quickly with everything I needed. It works like a charm now. Also UX of the admin could be improved but still good enough to work with

don't recommend and customer service is pretty clueless. I installed the app and it wasn't working, the radio buttons were NOT showing up on the product page, so a user could not check what frequency they wanted, and couldn't add it to their cart. I messaged customer service, and the first person said that the shopify theme was overriding the radio buttons and would look into it. Two hours later, no thing, then i messaged again and a new person came on. They had the audacity to tell me it wasn't their app widget and they couldn't do anything about it. They don't even know what their own widget looks like. I showed them proof again it was definitely theirs (it was the only subscription app I had installed, was a new store). Again they said the same thing, it's not their app widget, and they couldn't help. Wow! pretty bad customer service.

I highly recommend this app. The customer service team is amazing and went above and beyond to handle my initial concern and provide excellent service beyond that. The app is user-friendly and when I ran into a minor issue and was ready to uninstall and cancel my free trial the customer service rep went into the code and customized the widget to my specifications.

I'm very happy with the app - I am just starting my subscription box service and was pushed to another app, but this one did everything I needed and was free. I have had to reach out to the chat twice now because I was not understanding everything, and both times I received responses very quickly and my questions were answered. Highly recommend!

A great team of developers and always quick to sort any issues, I spoke to Hassan most recently and even though I was called out of the office urgently he fixed the issue there and then for me coming into the office the next day. Excellent customer service! :) Thankyou from For Petz NI

The customer support is superb alone! The app is just a plus :) Nandita worked closely with me until we got things precisely where they needed to be. I now feel comfortable opening my newly built business and I am ready to take customers! P.S. It seems like I haven't even tapped into the entirety of what this app is capable of. It has made a lot of things possible for my business. Not only that, but the customer support is available (what feels like) 24/7. Honestly amazing app, and even better team behind the project.

The app is easy to integrate and works well for what we need. The support team are extremely helpful and quick to respond to any queries, often sharing loom videos and detailed explanations. Highly recommend!
