We installed this app specifically for the ‘build-a-box’ options for our customers. The app support team is incredibly helpful. When I first downloaded the app I wasn’t too sure what the right configuration for our store was or how to achieve it and instead of sending me the steps to complete it, they helped to set it all up for us and then walk us through how to adjust. Can’t say enough how impressed we’ve been with their support from day 1. Definitely worth investing in.

This app is not working with Shop Pay and it's critical for our customers to be able to use Shop Pay for their subscriptions. We've verified other Appstle users have the same issue with Shop Pay failing with a "Transaction failed Checkout is currently unavailable due to technical problems. Please try again in a few minutes." popup error. Shopify Plus support tracked it down and we are currently waiting for resolution. It's day 5 currently and I expected resolution more quickly but Appstle was quick to shift blame to Shopify & Shop Pay when the error was clearly there the whole time. Thankful for Shopify Plus support to make it so clear.

Great app. I encountered some problems while using it, but after contacting customer service, Kate was able to solve my problem perfectly. Great app.

Amazing support and way more features than ReCharge. I've been with ReCharge for over 8 years, and all they care about is money and upselling. This app is far superior, so far, and it's affordable.
