We operate a micro business, on line sales are our primary sales method to us & repeat business is critical. Appstle enables us to seamlessly provide this service to our customers. Any support queries' we send are acted on and addressed promptly and professionally.

Our initial couple of months have been great with the Appstle team. They are responsive, helpful and solutions oriented, helping up make a greater impact with the health and wellbeing of our clients. As a preventative healthcare Social Enterprise, this is integral for Nature's Zeal's model and Appstle team has been fantastic in raising the bar with our subscriptions.

So far Appstle has been great and their customer service always responds on live chat within minutes and goes above and beyond to fix any small issues that come up. They'll send screenshots or even Loom videos and their development team can help with widget issues etc. Appstle seems to have all the features of some of the much more expensive apps that charge a revenue %.

The app is fairly easy to use and somewhat intuitive. More difficult requests require help, but the team at Shopify is responsive, patient, and very helpful via the chat option.

Really a great app. Any questions I had about the app were handled quickly and they even coded some custom functionality for me. Their customer support is top-notch.

Mitanshu, my live support agent was of great help and has seamlessly guided me throughout all my questions. We navigated every question that I have conerning Appstle.
