So far so good! Our company needed a quick solution to move all of our subscriptions from a different app over to, and Appstle couldn't have been better. Customer support has been incredible, with someone available to chat 24/7 to help with anything you run into. Very happy with our transition to Appstle so far!

Just tested it all works. They cleared up initial issues for me. A competitor uses this, honestly, so that's why we chose this app. Lookign forward to updating our results here.

Talk about amazing, These guys have a 10 out of 5 stars They go above and beyond helping you. 24/7 They help me customize certain parts and walked me through the rest. You have to understand Im not the fastest learner but they came through. The app has so many wonderful feature its hard to list them. The price is right in line too compared to other app that charge a lot more for less. With all seriousness give it a try. You wont be disappointed.

Customer support super responsive. Unlike other subscription services where they charge you $99+/month for a crappy interface and ask you to write custom CSS to make it look better (when their CSS documentation is complete BS... I'm a SWE and I have no idea which object I'm trying to modify). Appstle's customer engineer team legit changed the CSS for me in less than 1 minute.. and I'm on the free plan... Ashwin, you my boy!

I would prefer them 5 stars for their support team and I feel relief of choosing this Appstle subscription App. There are so many apps on the marketplace they don't make it to my needs but here I have got what I need for my store.

I've worked with several subscription apps including Bold Subscriptions and WooCommerce Subscriptions. However, Appstle distinctly rises above the rest in terms of technology and customer service. With Bold, I managed migrations from V1 to V2 and handled thousands of subscribers. Despite the volume, I found the process somewhat cumbersome. But with Appstle, the experience has been vastly smoother. I did stumble upon an issue with Appstle where pages with the subscription widget had an automatic URL extension. Anyone versed in SEO knows the implications of such a glitch. Yet, after reaching out to Appstle, their efficient team sorted it out in just two days, ensuring everything ran perfectly again. In a nutshell, when looking at Shopify, Appstle is clearly leading the pack in the subscription app space. Its performance and support are leagues ahead of Bold, making it my top choice.

I must admit, i dreaded creating a whole new subscription model as there are so many factors required to ensure our customers receive the best experience and most importantly care! ..After researching several. i found Appstle was thorough and easy to navigate. The Support team are literally there 24/7 to sort out questions and issues. Highly recommend and excited to use Appstle
