I rate a Shopify app by two main things, one the style & functionality customisation and two the support. Both have been 5/5 stars for me with Apostle. Brooks a customer support and dev has been a great help and has provide great service. I would highly recommend this app, it's cheaper and better than recharge!

great service! Just ask them for help in the chat, and they will help you figure it out! app itself has been working fine for several months now.

I'm just starting out with them, and I can say the price/ value, and support are far superior to the other apps I have tried! I can't wait to offer product-of-the-month subscriptions!

Excellent App and Support Team! Appstle has been a game-changer for our Shopify Plus subscription services. The app is intuitive and feature-rich, but the real standout is the support team—Magnus, Maya, Mitanshu, Kylie, and the rest of the team are amazing! App was good until 2 of my clients needed to update their payment methods. There's a glitch in the app that will not let them update their payment methods. The link that's emailed to them to correct the payment method, just takes them back to the original message. SO FRUSTRATING! I tried deleting the clients to re add them, but I can't cancel the subscriptions so it won't let me delete the client to attempt to re add them. Major glitch!

Please be advised that the payment information is solely handled by Shopify, and we as a Shopify native subscription app, can only process the payments using encrypted data. We do not update or modify payment methods, as it is controlled by Shopify. app works great although some CSS coding knowledge is required if you want to make it look really fancy! Customer service is great though and they're on hand very quick. Henry in particular who was a real life saver in helping me out when I needed him.

Really awesome app, the customer support has been excellent to do some complicated actions with subscriptions and gifts with purchases. Also really really happy that I can add custom html/css within the subscription selector box on PDP.

I try different Subscription apps, and definitely APPSTLE contains what a startup store needs! The support service is awesome, quick and effective! Price-money value is the best on the subscription app no in Shopify.

The team were able to answer my query within 2 minutes and even installed the app, placed it correctly on my site and chnaged the colours to match my theme. I am working on a saturday and am so impressed with the speed and level of service provided, even on the free subscription. I would 100% recommend Appstle to anyone!
