We just started with Appstle and are using the Build-A-Box feature. So far it is going great. The customer service has been great - especially Alan - who helped us sort through some CSS to perfect our offering. So far would recommend Appstle as a lower cost option to subscription for boxes.

Warning – Stay Away I canceled my subscription, yet Appstle continued to charge my account and refused to issue a refund. Shopify directed me to contact them, but they still would not resolve the issue. This is unacceptable and shows very poor customer service. I strongly recommend staying away from this app to avoid the same problem.
Dear Merchant, This is Ria, the co-founder of Appstle. I'm sorry for the confusion you had. Your subscription was canceled on August 18, 2025. The charge you noticed afterward was issued by Shopify for the previous billing period (July 14 – August 13, 2025). Since Shopify manages all billing, we do not have control of it. No further charges were made by Appstle after your cancellation. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]. We will be happy to walk you through any remaining questions.

Vi valde Appstle mycket utifrån servicen som alla pratar om - så förväntningarna var höga. Appstles support är över förväntan trots ingående höga förväntningar. Otroligt snabba och hjälpsamma. Minsta problem med utseende på widget på produktsidan, etc, kodar dom direkt utan problem - migrationen för alla prenumerationer gick smärtfritt med deras support. 10/10 utan tvekan, jag är glad att vi till slut valde Appstle.

Their support is off the charts. Sam, Max and Hussain and Aiden, all answered quickly and solved every issue. They even provided a few extra hints with design and implemented it without me asking. One of the best support teams I`ve met.

ADAM!..... You sexy(I Imagine) bastard you...... I have never had the pleasure of having MY support waiting on me. Literally left for a charger, and he had my problem sorted with picture details to walk me through what i needed to do. OUTSTANDING I SAY! And now that i know they just have 15 support engineers spread over 4 countries I must now say..... FUCKING IMPRESSIVE MATE! I have no notes, keep this ungodly quick support rolling. Cheers!
