Appstle is hands down the best Shopify app platform I've ever used! They totally rocked customizing my subscription module and even tweaked things to fit my brand perfectly. What blew me away? Lightning-fast responses. Seriously, they reply in minutes! That's something I've never seen with other Shopify apps. If you want top-notch service and killer customization, Appstle is the way to go!

I'm quite new to shopify and all these apps and stuff but the support team is making it all very easy. They really have gone way beyond every time I ask for help. Today I was helped by Nancy and she offered to fix issues I didn't even think about I had. Very happy with the sevice. kind regards, miki

This is the third time I've needed customer service. (Not for a product issue, just because I'm ridiculous with computers) Each time I had someone different help me and each time my experience has been wonderful!. I always feel respected and not like my ignorance is of annoyance to them. *Thank you customer support people*

The customer support is outstanding as well. Whenever I encountered a hiccup or had a question, the support team was prompt and helpful in their responses. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth experience. One feature I particularly appreciate is the customization options. Appstle allows you to tailor configurations to your specific needs, ensuring that you have control over your apps without being overwhelmed by technical jargon.

Bug after bug after bug!!! This app is poorly made. I've used it over a year now and every 2 weeks there is a serious bug that needs to be fixed. The ONLY reason I have not switched apps is because they have no way of migrating the subscription data to a new app, so we need to leave the app installed for our older subscriptions. DO NOT USE THIS APP, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!!
Hello, We have checked out the issue thoroughly on our end with our developers, and according to the investigation, we believe something has changed in your theme, and it intermittently loaded our script twice, which caused the widget to show up twice on the product. We have made updated our code now, and things are working fine. We've emailed you about the fix as well. Could you please confirm if the issue is fixed on your end? Please feel free to reach out if you need any other assistance, and we will be more than happy to help. Since Appstle, similar to any other software, is a tool embedded in your store site, any change to your store (theme update or installation of other apps) may sometimes result in overriding or conflicting code. If that happens, please either involve your developers immediately to correct the conflicting codes, or reach out to us. Our support team is highly technical and will be able to fix it immediately.

Fully recommend Appstle, app works really well. The service team are awesome, these guys are legends, always get back to me within minutes and help me out straight away.

super easy to use and looks great on my website. i noticed my subscriptions weren't working like they should have been and entered the Appstle live chat option for support. The issue was fixed in less than 10 minutes and it was incredibly easy to communicate with the support team. very good experience

Honestly the most amazing customer service I've ever had working within the Shopify ecosystem of partners. The Appstle team, Mona specifically was great. I was having an issue with the App running properly because the snippet code from on of the competitors didn't uninstall completely. The problem was found quickly and Mona was able to fix everything within minutes once I provided collaborator access. Tremendous service.
