Appstle provides some of the best support we’ve ever experienced. The app is incredibly useful, and we’ve extended its benefits by incorporating the Appstle Membership app as well.

I have held off writing this review as long as possible but have not been able to get a resolution from Appstle support. During migration our customer data was mixed up, attaching the personal details of one subscriber to another in a visible manner. Instead of looking into this and providing solutions, the Apstle team started updating customer details without consultation, erratically and incorrectly, causing even more damage. At this stage we are not sure of the subscriber loss but it will be significant. I don't feel that the Appstle team has treated our data or our business with any level of integrity through this process. I'm honestly shocked they are permitted to operate in this way.
This is Ria, the co-founder of Appstle. I am sorry your migration experience was less than smooth. I looked into the issue, and the errors in the first batch of imports caused an issue. We’ve been using Appstle for over a month now and have been very happy with how it's working for our recurring payments! The Appstle reps have all been very helpful and responsive, helping us to figure out the details for our unique use case. Every time we’ve been unsure of how to set something up, a rep has been available via chat within a couple of minutes. We can already see how using Appstle will simplify our processing of recurring payments and save a lot of time.

Setting the app up was very easy. Had one question because we use a 3rd party page builder and support handled it within minutes.

Fantastic support in helping us setup our Prepaid subscriptions. Also the only App out there that creates future deliveries as "orders" rather than "fulfillments" which was a must for us.

I was having some trouble setting up this app to take recurring donations through my Shopify store. Getting it to work with my Shopify template wasn't a simple fix, but the team at Appstle made it happen, despite having to try several different fixes. They didn't give up! And they were a pleasure to work with.

I am new to Shopify and have had a hard time with subscription apps. I decided to switch to Appstle and their customer service has been great. Brooks has been fantastic.

The customer service is exceptional! Every time I reach out, they are always available to answer my questions and help resolve any issues. I also love their direct email feature—it's incredibly user-friendly and convenient to use. Best app for subscriptions!

Very useful app for subscriptions and they offer quick support to help with customization and questions you have. Having a free version till you reach a certain amount is very helpful when starting.
