Great app. Does everything we need it to and the support is fantastic. We were able to set up a demo call with an engineer (so he was able to answer technical questions very well) and the chat support responded within minutes and they are also very helpful. Their pricing is also very reasonable and has an excellent free tier that isn't limiting for getting started. Overall, I would highly recommend it for subscription needs

Prompt and efficient, Nandita's expertise in the app was evident as they swiftly tackled my business needs. Their clear communication and friendly demeanor made problem-solving effortless. Had a good experience with the engineers who helped fix an ongoing issue with my products not being able to be added to basket. Not great experience losing sales but good engineer support and super quick fix
Dear Merchant, This is Ria, the co-founder of Appstle. Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the issue you faced, it was due to 'app embed' being enabled when a theme update happened. Whenever app embed is enabled for any app, it becomes Shopify's responsibility to inject the code into the theme and ensure that the widget is published. So, when a store theme is changed by the merchant or is updated by the theme developer, the widget can stop working because of the mismatch between the app's selector (code) that Shopify injects into your store, and the selector needed to work with the updated theme. In your case, when the mismatch happened, our team manually updated the selector to the correct, unique and clean one, to have the widget appear again. Because Shopify injects the code for all embedded apps directly, it is outside our app's (or any other Shopify app's) scope to automatically intervene It will need to be done manually. The only way to prevent this mismatch completely, is to switch off the app embed toggle. Our team has shared the necessary screenshot. 100% they are available for you at nearly any timezone! I am impressed w their communication and they helped with any questions I had. I am only beginning but the first week, I may be going above $5k onto the next level! GET THIS APP!

Like many others probably have, we migrated from ReCharge. The team at Appstle basically handled it all for us and the process was incredibly smooth. Any hiccups got sorted right away and it's been great. Honestly worth going with them.

To edit my subscriptions - the best app for me. I'm most convinced by the support, very fast feedback and so far I've been helped with everything, any question I had was answered immediately, some with Loom videos. Can I recommend to anyone who needs a subscription app!

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. For years I've been limping along with subscription apps that ALMOST did what I wanted, and every couple of years I'd look around to see if anything new was available. Another business owner told me about Appstle and she was right. The search is over. Appstle is perfect! It has so many options for different types of subscription schedules, a gorgeous dashboard for my customers - clean, simple, easy to navigate and VERY easy to customize with exactly the info and options I want them to have access to. And the customer service is amazing! I've NEVER encountered this level of help before. I had to migrate a group of subscribers once before (with another company) and it was a disaster. They realized (after I deleted all the subscriptions) that a migration wasn't possible and I had to ask all my subscribers to resubscribe. That was NOT an experience I wanted to repeat, so I had a million questions for the folks at Appstle and they were so incredibly patient answering them all. Mine was a fairly complex migration because I was also changing the payment schedule from every 30 days to everyone being charged on the same day (which is another fabulous feature Appstle offers) and they basically did the entire migration for me. It worked flawlessly! I'm a creative business owner - not a web developer - with an online business for fifteen years, and I've encountered so many situations where tech support people are either really condescending or really impatient when I don't understand the tech jargon. Over the course of the migration process I worked with several different people at Appstle and every single one of them was polite, patient, helpful and KIND. They made every step of the process incredible easy.

Amazing customer service, Annie and Momna were super fast answer and helpful with a few customizations I wanted with my store! I believe Appstle is a great app, especially considering the price point is quite low. To go further, I think the App can still offer more in terms of upselling capabilities on both the product page and customer portal, focusing on the mobile experience. Just suggestions for improvement!
