This app has the absolute best customer service ever. Mitanshu spent over an hour helping me build and customize the subscriptions and shop layout. They truly care about their customers which is rare these days. Thank you. :)

We chose Appstle because it supports a lot of features and more complex use cases. The software is not very intuitive but their customer support team is "grade A" and is able to answer questions within minutes.

Their app is great, migration went through from Seal with minimal problems and their support team was delighted to help me with anything I needed to help boost my subscription service. Would rate 6/5 if I could.

Their support is second to none! I will continue using them for their customer service alone. Within 2-3 minutes of submitting an issue, someone is looking into it.

Appstle integrates seamlessly with my store and authorize.net. I own a company that offers some hemp/cbd products, which makes finding quality commerce plugins challenging. Appstle is a robust tool yet easy to use and the customer service is extremely responsive and timely. I frequently "nerd out" over this plugin when working on the backend of my site!

Great support - If you are looking for a team and app that can actually help any time any day, you cannot go wrong with them! way better than other apps.

We've had our teething issues, but the support team is always very responsive and helpful to resolve things. The system works and doesn't give us too many issues so we are happy with it.
I am the CTO of Appstle. I am sorry you had less than stellar experience with us. Regarding your recent issue about payment link expiration, it was brought to our attention for the first time. Hence we weren't aware of the expiration time. It has been asked by other Shopify app partner members as well in the community. https://community.shopify.com/c/shopify-apps/about-the-cause-of-the-expiration-of-the-link-button-in-the/td-p/2118565. As for the response delays I am trying to get to the bottom of the issue. At Appstle, we take customer support very seriously and strive to provide hands-on 24x7 support - 365 days. I will ensure the hiccups you saw in the past won't happen again. I apologize again for the inconvenience.

Absolut genialer Support, der einem bei jedem Anliegen bei der Implementierung hilft. Die App ist wirklich super leicht einzubinden und es sind alle Einstellmöglichkeiten vorhanden, die sich ein Kunde bei einem Abonnement wünscht.
