So far, so great! We have been testing out Appstle in the lead up to launching our new subscription model and we have been blown away by the quick and efficient service provided by the developers of this app. They are knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, not to mention their responses are always detailed with screenshots and helpful guides if you ever get stuck. While it may take a bit of getting used to the app backend, it's really clear once you get the hang of it - besides, the development team will back you every step of the way, so if you ever get stuck, they're always there to help! If you're looking at launching a new subscription service, look no further than Appstle!

The setup was smooth, and the features are exactly what I was looking for to manage subscriptions on my store. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional support I received. Right from the start, Adam & Andrew from the support team were quick to respond, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to guide me through the configuration. They answered all my questions patiently and even helped with a few customizations. It’s rare to find an app where both the functionality and the customer service are top-notch. Just installed the Appstle Subscriptions App. Max at support responded right away, was patient and answered my questions. Was easy to set up.

I am lost for words how good this company is. I was using Revlytic before, and they just decided to close the business with no warning leaving me completely in the dark and unable to access customer info. My friend recommended Appstle and the transition has just been the easiest thing. Due to lacking customer information, Appstle logged into my shop, screen recorded a how to video (narrated with a real human voice) of EXACTLY what I needed to do, so very simple. Replies to all messages within 2 minutes. If you're not using Appstle as a business owner, PLEASE just take the leap. My stress has just disappeared now and I can start focusing on my business again. I have said it many times but thank you APPSTLE for your hard work, I am more grateful than I could put into words.

I had an issue with our website and not being able to add our subscription to cart, I had tried many other fixes but it still wasn't working. I reached out to support and Brooks was very helpful and had me send in the link to the two products that we were having issues with. We had just updated our website to a new theme and that there was some code that was missing from the product, Brooks added that code and both products are working great! I asked if it could further be explained what was wrong so we could know for the future, Brooks did let me know issues and that I could always reach out to them in the future if need be! This support is super awesome considering we are a small business and it is great to have access to this! Amazing! Props to Brooks.
