Amazing Customer Support!

I am really happy with using appstle subscription plan for my customers. I was using another subscription application that had really bad customer service and the price was very high for what I was getting. Appstle it the total opposite. Their customer service is excellent, always fast to reply and help out with any questions staying with me until I am all set and making sure I have things properly figured out to move forward. They also helped me a lot when I switched over to them to get the transition of customers over to this new plan. Their app perfectly integrates with shopify making it a one stop shop for my customers who can now take care of their subscription themselves without me having to me the liaison. As an added bonus you can give any items on your site the option to have a subscription at any interval you choose. Super happy I found this app and plan on staying with them. I've been doing subscription plans since before there were applications for it and I was punching in card info individually myself per customer every month. This app is awesome. I would definitely recommend. I use the regular business plan and it is more than enough options.

Customer service is very attentive and helpful. They helped me migrate from my previous subscription app to Appstle. The process was mostly seamless. I had to readdress the same issues repeatedly while transferring a few customers' subscriptions to Appstle. Before I committed to this app, I researched its competitors. Appstle even has a comparison page to their competitors. What got me was the solid reviews in the thousands. I know why now. Support is amazing. I had a problem assigning subscriptions to only specific variants, and Aiden showed me the way at 1 am, even creating a video to demonstrate what he did. The app is solid, affordable, and again, support is excellent.

I've tried 5 famous subscription apps and litteraly none of them had suitable customer support for GemPages issues, if you know you know. Appstle in fact did. Please install Appstle. I guess the competition can go and jump of a (small) bridge already :)) Thanks to Sebastian.

The best ever support for an expertly designed app for subscriptions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Appstle for you too. Big shout out to Ash in Support who is a legend.

App seems good, with nice design but it is unusable! They don't provide built in option to translate manually to multiple languages. They are pushing 3rd party translation apps, that are very limited without paying for them. This problem should be fixed ASAP. You should aviod it if you want to service more than one market.

Great app! I was able to do everything I needed including entering a link for the digital subscription. Very responsive and helpful staff that helped me set up the whole thing. I highly recommend this app.
