Customer service was as good as advertised. Sean not only answered all of my questions (which was a lot), but he sent me videos for me to follow in order to make the desired changes. I can't say enough about how good my experience was with Appstle customer service.

The absolute worst customer service ever. Did not show up to initial meeting, late to rescheduled meeting, were supposed to send me instructions to start migration and then disappeared even though I emailed them and reminded 3 times. App is good customer service is beyond bad.

So far this subscription app has worked well for our customers and our business. My customers are really happy with the interface. It is so much better than the memberships we had through Squarespace and this customer service is incredible. As a small business owner I don't have a lot of time to sit on cs calls to figure out what I did wrong (or can't figure out how to do the thing I want it to do...) so I really appreciate a team that can respond quickly solving the problem efficiently.

Sabastian was awesome. They were quick to respond when I needed help and I highly recommend this subscription app to anyone who needs it. The learning curve is not bad and so far it has been fantastic. Of course, support is one of the most important things when you have complex settings going on, and they have gone above and beyond.
