Max and the team of merchant success engineers provided clear answers to my questions and quickly. We are just beginning using the app, but I feel great knowing that there is a dedicated team there to help me when I need it.

Great so far...I am just setting up my store ready to go live so I did a live test sale to myself and I was stoked with how everything worked exactly how I wanted it to for the customer experience. The team have been great on Chat helping me figure out an issue I was having I'm using subscription and loyalty and they both worked perfectly so far. Both programs give me exactly what I need for my store. Could not have asked for anything else at this point in my journey with Appstle.

This app is great and exactly what I need for my products. The support team are the best part. I was saved hours by one of the merchants, Henry, who walked me through and even fixed up a few things I wasn't understanding all inside of 30 minutes. Jackson was godsent! I am so grateful for his help with my app integration issue. Basically, I was trying to add a membership subscription to an already made custom store. I'm ashamed to admit that I started this project in November and it took me until today (2/10/2025) to finish it. The issue I think was that, although I did everything right (I think), the custom themes to the online store were preventing some features to embed correctly. When I tell you that I watched all the tutorial videos, asked Chatgpt for help, and even contemplated throwing my laptop out the window, I knew I needed an expert. Enter Jackson, who literally fixed the issue in a matter of MINUTES!!! Minutes people!!! The customer support from Appstle Subscriptions is truly fast and reliable! Thank you!!
