this app has worked very well for my small business subscriptions. when there has been an issue it was fixed right away in real time through their chat help service. i would recommend this app.

We have been using this app for a while now, has great functionalities and fits well into our subscription program. The support team has been really helpful and quick with the responses.

I cannot recommend the app. I recently asked for support to set up a shipping profile so customers from a specific country would get free shipping when subscribing to a product, and customers from other countries would still need to pay shipping. What happened? The App has a serious flaw and customers outside these countries that are meant to receive free shipping were not able to check-out at all anymore. I have lost sales due to this app and when raising this to their customer service - their attitude towards the issue was absolutely unacceptable. Instead of being curious to understand the issue they basically blamed me for their flawed app. I cannot recommend this app and surprised they have so many positive reviews.

setting up the app was simple enough but i could not change the style to suit my brand so I contacted support and they did a great job of updating the CSS to make everything appear seamless. Great service!

I really like the support: qick, fast and solving the issue. The app is perfect for what we indend to offer at honigtreu.de. The app comes with broad variety of options. You can configure almost every detail. It takes time to dive into all the options and configurations, but with help from the support you can manage to setup subscriptions in 1-3 days. We had to translate all labels to German, which was easily possible having all labels available for customization.

We just migrated to Appstle and WHAT A PLEASURE it was. The team did a TON of work migrating all our existing subscriptions for us and we are so appreciative. They were super attentive to detail and I was impressed with the accuracy of the migrated data. Plus they also answered lots of questions and were very helpful no matter what we needed. The app itself works like a charm, it's extremely flexible, and it's very easy to understand how to set it up. I'm particularly impressed with their customer interface where our customers will be able to manage every aspect of their subscriptions. There's more data and more flexibility for the customers than with the previous app, and the information is organized in a more understandable way. The customer portal is easy on the eyes. Overall the whole thing is quite polished and functional and we are really, really happy that we made the switch to Appstle!
