Great app and great customer support. It allows us to make a considerable amount of recurring revenue monthly via subscriptions and customers have full control - they can skip, pause, edit or cancel subscriptions.

I loved this App, it covers everything you need for a good subscription website. And the client support/services provided by this app's engineer is just fabulous. They are very supportive, they are smart and addresses your concern very well. I availed the support from Maya and Harris and my issues were promptly taken up and adderessed nicely.

They make changes in production without notifying customers, resulting in customer portal downtimes of more than 12 hours. Or they upload new features without testing them properly with the result that “things” appear that don't work or don't fit the aesthetics of the portal. Most of their support tickets take between 24-48 hours to resolve because their agents have limited knowledge and have to pass the issues to their developers. Some of these issues result in financial and reputational losses for those of us who use Appstle. They do not calculate shipping rates correctly, so many times orders are shipped without shipping costs and this means losses. And much more.

Pretty complicated to customize without coding knowledge, BUT support did it all for me, so i didn't have to do any of that myself. Very responsive and quick.

App is simple. But has the best value for the $ once you learn it. No transaction fees and reasonable pricing. Support team is best in class too.
