We ran into issues with both utilizing features and working with their support team. It's better for the sake of our business and our customers that we have no subscription system rather than try to continue with their support team.

Everything looks great so far! I recently changed themes and the app wouldn't work. I started a chat and Jackson had the issue fixed in five minutes! Great response and service. the support team is so responsive, they really do get back to you in a few minutes, and they have the right answers and are willing to help you customize and code to make small changes if you don't know how to do it yourself. really top notch support.
