Mona from the support team was incredible. She helped without hesitation, answered all my stupid questions, and made changes lightning-fast to help get the subscription integrated. When my questions got increasingly silly and repetitive (tweak this colour here and their type questions), she was able to show me patiently how to do this myself. 10/10 service and highly recommend.

The support team of Appstle is second to none. We are building a platform that uses the subscription tool for a different purpose to the standard subscription model and the team has been exceptionally helpful during the build process. Responses within 1-2 minutes always and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Honestly couldn't recommend Appstle highly enough.

I've managed to set up a SaaS style subscription service on my store for digital products. There are a couple limitations but if you spend the time and figure out what those limitations are you can design your subscription product to work for digital SaaS. Appstle has great customer support. They are very responsive and always willing to help with tricky questions. So far this has been a good choice for us and our business.

So far the App is providing a lot of solutions for my company. I still have some testing to do, but think it will be great after speaking with customer support via chat. The Chat rep was wonderful. She answered all of my questions, sent me how to videos for my specific use cases (which are very unique, so it took some creative thinking on her part!). Wonderful experience with customer service. 100% Recommend! Update! The first subscription is set to process tomorrow. Everything is going well. I have had a lot of questions for their support team and every one of the team members has been very helpful, took the time to answer all of my questions, and even made videos and screenshots to walk me through some things. Still 100% Recommend this app!

The App has everything you need with subscriptions. The customer portal and interface is really clean and easy to use for our customers. The support team are really quick to help with issues big and small and I have not run into any issues that could not be solves. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to have a subscription service on their website.

I am very pleased with this app. I wish I had more control over the customization but their support is very responsive and easy to work with. Only downside is that subscription orders don't merge when there are multiple subscriptions at the same time if they have different intervals. But, all apps seem to have this issue.

Great customer service especially Jackson and also the best subscription app (I have tried all of them). Just wish they have a function to let customers plan their subscription in advance with different products on the store every month. But anyhow, everything is amazing :)

This app offers a comprehensive set of subscription features and is easy to use. There was an issue that was causing confusion and their team actually listened to my feedback and changed it -- a software company that actually listens to their customers and wants to improve? UNHEARD OF in this day and age. Well done team. I am happy to endorse this App and I am using it on 2 different stores. Wishing you success :)

I need some assistance and Sebastian was awesome. I've actually rarely had a customer service experience like this. I simply wanted instructions on making changes to the view of my subscription widget. Instead of giving me instructions, Sebastian made the changes for me and even made additional suggestions for changes to improve the user experience. Then he made those changes too! I am very impressed in a world of poor customer service, my initial experience with Appstle has been awesome!

j'étais contente mais après les modifications faites, mes produits ont disparus et il y avait deux fois le même point sur mon site. J'ai demandé d'arranger les erreurs et la personne a dit qu'elle n'a rien fait et m'a envoyé une video. Apres avoir insister en lui disant que je ne sais pas comment faire car je n'ai pas touche a changer des produits et que mon site a ete cree par un professionnel, il a finalement modifier ses erreurs. donc en resume en general ca se passe bien mais vraiment aujourd'hui c'etait pas top du tout donc je mets une etoile pour aujourd'hui.
