Awesome! We used recharge before & weren't happy with the functionality and pricing any more - so appstle was the perfect alternative! Lower price, more possibilities and easy to use. Also the migration was easier than expected + the support is super fast and helpful! Many Thanks especially to to Mann & Yashvi! <3

5 stars after almost 6 months use. Customer service is responsive and fast, they have a good technical understanding of the app, Shopify and its limitations. The technical ability of the team is excellent, a lot of them seem to be able to code. Video calls are setup for any issues that require more in-depth explanation. The app itself is quite comprehensive and new features come out frequently. The API and websockets are the icing on the cake for us, this gives us flexibility and future-proofing, and makes us feel comfortable about solving issues on our own outside of Shopify. Reasonably priced, considering we do not use all the features, just a few. For someone that will use more features, this is a great price!

I highly recommend this Shopify plugin. The customer support is top-notch and response times are extremely fast. I've had a few minor issues, but the dedicated and helpful team was able to resolve them quickly. They even went above and beyond by offering to match my widget to my theme style. I'm currently on the basic plan, but I would definitely consider upgrading when my business starts making a profit. 10/10 for this plugin.

The first time I made a website to sell my own products, I always had a very confusing problem: how to set the price according to the deadline, and today it was finally solved perfectly! And even carefully sent me a video of the whole setup process! Thank you very much to the appstle team Kehanvi, I'm very impressed by her seriousness and patience! One of the important factors in deciding what software to choose is the service, and Appstle's response was very prompt, timely and thoughtful!Highly recommended!

I'm really impressed by Appstle. We've been using it about a month. It took a few hours spread over a couple of days to set up; I could probably do it in about 10 minutes the second time. It works great for our recurring subscriptions, but the best thing about it has been their chat support! They've been able to answer every question and help resolve every problem quickly and efficiently. Seriously — they've gone above and beyond what was necessary to help. I wish every company was this helpful and responsive!

The app is very easy to install and set up and integrates with out customer account app (flits) easily and looks great. All I can say is that so far, the app just works and does exactly what it says with an incredibly fair pricing structure. The support is incredible. Very friendly and nothing has been too much trouble. They've answered all my questions, very quickly as well as making minor tweaks for me. Great!

L'application est très bien faîtes, il y'a de nombreux tuto à disposition. L'avantage, c'est que le service client est très disponible et réactif pour toutes demande, ce qui est fort appréciable lorsque nous rencontrons des difficultés.

I have just signed up for this apps, so I don't have experience using it yet. I have however experienced their tech support and it is stellar. I reached out to them through chat, the response was immediate and Yashvi was so patient with all of my questions. She helped me create my subscription plan, change design elements, and explained the differences between the different plans one can choose and the features each plan offers our clients. Yashvi also provided me with videos on how to continue modifying any parameters I'd like. The experience of this support was phenomenal and it is indicative of the quality of the app and the people behind it.

Finding a subscription app that can provide 100% of all the features a subscription based reseller is looking for is like looking for a unicorn, but Appstle is pretty close to perfect. Only feature missing is prorated billing for orders filled mid-month so that I can put all my monthly subscriptions on the same billing day the following month. I have yet to find a subscription manager on Shopify to do that but I submitted the suggestion to them and they were willing to submit it to development for consideration. I came over to Appstle from another subscription manager and I have tried several. Appstle has so far been the most customizable and has the best customer service hands down, they are always available and able to answer questions quickly. I'll be staying with Appstle for a long time. Update to my previous review - Its been about 1 year using Appstle and they continue to impress me. I reached out to see if they could help me customize an informational pop-up for customers who are pausing their subscriptions. This is something I could not find in settings. Within a short period of time I was provided the instructions and screenshots to customize this field.

downloaded this to have a look about. ended up not using it. I unistalled it and its left files and crap everwhere. poor coding
Dear Merchant, We apologize that you had a less than stellar experience with our app. Those files are added to load our subscription widget faster on your store. Whenever there is an uninstallation, Shopify automatically removes our code block from your theme files. Those files are not referenced anywhere else. Hence, it would be helpful for us to get more insights into the problem you have mentioned. Please let us know if you are available for a call. If the problem was caused by Appstle, we would be more than happy to fix it for you, and consult on any other questions you may have.
