I had an issue with my theme not communicating with the widget for the app. I chatted with support and they were able to fix it quickly and even asked what colors I wanted to use to ensure it stayed on brand.

Kevin was so helpful. I was looking for a subscription app and I was looking for an app that has a lot of high ratings and reviews then I saw Appstle, 4.9 rating with 3.6k number of reviews, a data that speaks volume to me. I am not a techy person so I tried asking for help and Kevin replied to my inquiry and made it sure that he answered all my questions in simple words that a non techy can understand, and he reply FAST. He also educate me on how to use the features that I truly appreciate and would indeed be very useful in setting up my very first subscription plan. There are many subscription apps out there, but what sets Appstle apart is their exceptional customer support/tech support.
