The Appstle Subscriptions app is highly versatile and robust, perfectly suited to our growing needs for offering subscriptions to our customers. We switched from Bold Subscriptions to Appstle because Appstle offers more features, has a flat monthly cost, and does not charge commission fees on transactions, unlike Bold. Additionally, Appstle has a fantastic support team that is responsive and always available to assist us with questions or adjustments. They help us identify and resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.

Customer service has been responsive and helpful when I have needed to reach out. Sometimes I am frustrated that I have to reach out to customer service. For example, we recently changed our theme for our website, and the theme did not automatically pull over all of the necessary elements from our customer portal (we were missing the "manage subscriptions" button). This was not a fix I could do on my own - nor was it something that I realized was a problem until a customer reached out, which doesn't help my company's image. Sometimes it feels like there are too many options and apps in Shopify, and it is difficult to anticipate how one change might impact other elements. I acknowledge that this is difficult to manage on the tech side - especially among multiple entities, and it is still frustrating as a business owner. Mostly, I think it is a helpful app. Aside from this recent frustration the only other wish that I have for the app is a way to export future orders (knowing that people can always pause or skip), but this function would be helpful in forecasting.

Easy to setup. Also fast response through the chat, and if your still having trouble or need confirmation on something they will setup a call to walk you through whatever your trying to do.

We switched our subscription app about a month ago to Appstle, and are so far very happy with the experience. The migration process went smoothly, the staff has been responsive, helpful and friendly whenever we've had questions or ran into UI/UX issues, and the app performance has been reliable and clean. Definitely recommend.

I had a few things I didn't understand when setting things up for my subscriptions. Even though they have some wonderful videos I found I couldn't wrap my head around a couple things. The team had wonderful patience as I tried to describe the issue and helped solve the issue in a very easy fashion. Would highly recommend.

Using this app has been easy and the chat function guys are very helpful and hands on, there's none of this, "I'll pass it up to the developers" they just fix stuff or help you out. That said, I think subscriptions are not a set it and leave it thing, you need to put some marketing effort and think about your customers or potential customers,

I have contacted Appstle customer service several times now and they are always extremely helpful. This is a major plus with this app as live customer service is critical with this type of app as it could lead to revenue loss or poor customer experience for my customers!
